“Very thorough explained every detail and worked hard to make sure that it did not cost me very much. They even dropped it off at my house when I had another emergency going on”

“I had an excellent experience at BNZ HAUS. I brought my car in for a check engine light, and instead of jumping to unnecessary repairs, they cleared the code and took the time to properly test drive the vehicle. They were honest and transparent, and didn’t find any issues that required replacement. I had also been advised by another dealership to replace my engine air filter and cabin filter, but BNZ HAUS inspected both and honestly told me they were still in great condition and didn’t need to be changed. That level of integrity is rare. Truly exceptional customer service and honesty. I left feeling confident and not overcharged. Highly recommend!”

“I can’t say enough great things about BlueSky Tire and Auto Service! I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager, Chris, was especially helpful. I don’t know much about tires or vehicles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. I truly trusted him, and that means a lot. They did a fantastic job, and I’ll definitely be a returning customer. Highly, highly recommend BlueSky Tire and Auto Service to anyone looking for honest, fast, and friendly service!”

“I brought my car in to Auto Lab for an oil change. As part of their inspection, they recommended new tires (car had 40k miles) and provided a quote. I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car care company.”

“Ray's Auto Service went above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. I travel for work and I was making my way down to Wisconsin when on the highway my car started reducing speed, I received some electrical error on my dashboard and now my car would not go pass 20 miles per hour. I quickly looked for a mechanic shop and Ray's Auto was 6 minutes away, I called and explained the situation and they said I could bring it in. I was very grateful just for that because it was almost closing time for them. They quickly diagnosed my car and gave me a very reasonable price and on top of that they were willing to stay after to get my car up and running that same night. I had a snack next door at a Cafe and before I knew it my car was ready. It's been running great ever since and I made it to Wisconsin that night with no further issues. I appreciate them going above and beyond to help a traveler get safely to their destination. I recommend them to anyone who needs trustworthy and hard working mechanics.”

“I showed up this week at Jeff's Automotive Services unannounced and without an appointment. They waited on me immediately, took only a few minutes to do the thing I needed, charged me and I was out of there. While I would never show up without an appointment for anything bigger unless it were a sudden emergency, I feel they treated me really well. I used to go to Joe at Formula One in Mt. Prospect, and I'm so happy that I've found a new home for my car! ?”
173 S Wolf Rd, Des Plaines IL 60016
“A 5 star review does not do this shop justice. Hisham (Sam), is a genuinely amazing mechanic and is always looking out for my best interest. I drive a high milage vehicle and need his help on a regular basis. He always tries to save me the most money possible and I never feel ripped off. In fact, sometimes I feel guilty taking up his time for so little profit on his side. Do yourself a favor and take your car here for all your auto repair needs.”

“Everyone was very kind and helpful, they were able to assess my hood problem and offer me a solution right away, and after dropping off my car it only took a day for them to fix it. Truly some of the best help/service I’ve ever gotten and I will 100% return with any future problems!!”

“AutoKrafters are the best. Came in needing a new back bumper had an accident. They ordered the part. Had it done in 1 1/2 days. The price was so reasonable. The other place to get an estimate was done was way over priced. Went to pick up the car i didn't think it was mine. It looked brand new and they detailed it. I was so impressed. I would highly recommend AutoKrafters. The people there were so friendly and professionals.”

“⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ As a woman, I completely approve of this place. Usually, my dad takes care of anything car-related for me, but sometimes I have to handle it on my own — and in the past, I’ve gone to places where I felt taken advantage of. This experience was totally different. Tony was amazing! He got my oil change done during my lunch break and even filled up my tires. He was honest, respectful, and efficient. It means a lot to know there are places where women can feel safe, respected, and not taken advantage of. I really appreciate that, and I’ll definitely be coming back.”
11 N Waukegan Rd, Lake Bluff IL 60044
“I've been fortunate to have Sunset work on several of our cars, we've always been very happy when we got them back! The repairs are perfect and the maintenance well done. This time I had body work done when I had a run in with the garage and it won! We won't go anywhere else, ever. On top of the great work I was given a ride to and from the shop when I had no other way to get there. Christopher is upbeat, friendly and very fair, the men who work in the shop are highly trained and very personable. I assure you, you are in very capable hands.”
712 E Northwest Hwy, Arlington Heights IL 60004

“I've had a lot of work done by Wheeling Auto in the past. An entire exhaust system, a new gas tank, four new tires, new battery, filter s etc .Every time they treated me great, even offered to lend me a car. We finally found our mechanics that we're going to use for a long time.”
