“I can’t say enough great things about BlueSky Tire and Auto Service! I brought my vehicle in with a flat tire, and they went above and beyond to help me out. They were able to find new tires the same day and had everything including an alignment, done within just a few hours. I had my car back by the end of the day, and it drives perfectly.
The customer service was outstanding from start to finish. The manager, Chris, was especially helpful. I don’t know much about tires or vehicles, but he made me feel completely comfortable and confident in their work. I truly trusted him, and that means a lot.

“I recently purchased my leased auto. Before this and for the past 20+ years my vehicles were always under factory warranty. Living in Glenview and now needing a trustworthy, reliable service company I reached out to GreatWater. I initially brought my auto in because I was told by the dealer that I needed rear brakes. GreatWater inspected my breaks and told me that I didn’t need brakes now and probably had 6 more months of break life. This I really appreciated. Since basic service on my fuel lines was required, I had them do this service.
I will be using GreatWater from this point on for my auto service needs.”

I brought the car back a month later and they changed the tires at the quoted price. Altogether, I found Auto Lab to be transparent, honest, and professional. I felt they looked out for my pocketbook even asking me if I belonged to COSTCO as that would be an additional reduction to the price of the car. There was no pressure when trying to decide if I wanted to buy the car or not. Just answered my questions. Honestly im still in shock on how smooth everything went from 1st meeting them to leaving in my new car. Special mention to Lian and Matt. Just a great experience with them. “I highly recommend this auto shop. Victor and Tony are great! They take my car in right away when I need to come in at the last minute. They always offer a ride home so I do not have to pay for an Uber. They are good about calling with updates about the car. I had just got new tires 2 weeks ago and the tire pressure light came on again. I brought it back in and after replacing one of the battery sensors, they told me it was a gift as they felt bad for missing that during the previous visit. Great staff!”
