“I have been coming here since I moved to the area 4 years ago. I feel this place is a little known suburbs secret. This is exactly the type of small business we are lucky to have locally. I probably should take better care of my car but I park outside and have two messy kids in and out of it. Despite this, whenever I reach my limit and can’t stand the sight (and smell) of my car I take it here to be hand washed in and out and it comes out looking like new. I’m not exaggerating- my husband is always shocked how great it looks after. It’s just a bonus the staff are so friendly, that you can make appointments online, and that it’s in an area that’s great to walk around in while you wait.”

“I haven’t had “work” done on my car yet, but wanted to share a negative quickly turned positive experience that I had . I had brought my car in to get checked out and was told if they didn’t get to my car that day, they would get to it the next day. When the next day came and I still hadn’t gotten a call, I felt frustrated that I had to reach out to hear what was going on. I was told I’d get a call back with an update and as the end of the day came near, I was even more frustrated that I had to reach out again. I expressed my frustration and the man I spoke with was very kind and took ownership in the fact that my car had fallen through the cracks and had not been contacted. To me, this business gets five stars because instead of giving me the run around, they took ownership, apologized, and made things right. My car was made a priority the next morning and I was given an honest assessment and next steps. I didn’t feel like anyone was trying to get me to purchase any unnecessary repairs. They even comped me the service charges due to the situation. And as a bonus, everyone was kind and patient with my energetic five year old. Everyone makes mistakes, what matters is how you choose to handle it. Thanks for your integrity and honesty. We’ll be back.”
“We get the monthly shine at Zippy's. I must say it is great! We get one free wash a day as well as the free vacuums. The people working are great and there are many trash cans at the vacuum center. So fun!”

“Hugo and his Team did an amazing job with a full interior and exterior detailing of my 2022 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. It looks like the car just came out of a showroom, not a car that has 64,000 Mile on it. The interior smell brand new, the exterior looks like it was freshly painted, and the engine looks like it hasn't even been driven outside. I always say you get what you pay for, well in this case I feel I got way more for the price that I paid. “I received a full interior detailing at the end of September this year. I was so worried because I have cloth seats and chipotle spilled in the passenger seat and chicken both had spilled on the floor. Both things caused staying and smells. “Great, as always! Delta Sonic Palatine is the BEST facility around. I've been a DS customer for years and have always had a 5 STAR experience. Edwin, the Mgr was great to talk with, on the phone as well as in person.
Aaron who did my Ceramic Protection Package treated my vehicle as if it was his own. When he was done he explained what he did and why and gave me advise on how to maintain it until my next years application.

“I've been coming to this car wash for more than 10 years and I'll tell you how I started. One year I lost a couple 50.00 gift cards around the holidays I thought they were gone. 2 weeks later I washed my car here and there guys put it in my cup holder. On another occasion about 6 months later I was on a guys night out and one of my buddies lost their cell phone we thought it was history. Three of us were looking through the car could not find it. He was certain it was in the car. The battery had died so we couldn't hear it ring we never found it in the car. A week later I was at this car wash and the guys found it put it in my cup holder. Hand car washes are hard to find these days this is a family-owned honest business!”

“Protek did an amazing job providing a full frontal PPF installation on this 2024 Mazda CX-30. The work is impeccable, with a virtually invisible installation.
At any point where it is possible to wrap around the film, it was done - and even where it is not wrapped around is still near impossible to see as they have done such an excellent job following the lines of the car. Zero bubbles, zero issues!
Turnaround time was also excellent being the same day, with a very generous warranty included.

“Really nice new gas station/car wash! The gas is not horribly priced compared to some other stations not too far away. Their car wash is really nice too. If you have never, they have a great deal for first time car wash users! It's $9.95 for the first month of unlimited car washes. You also get up to 30 cents off of gas and a free large drink! I also like that they added a Scooters in the area. It's tasty coffee if you have never had!”

“I went to aqualux because I went to a different detailing place just 5 days prior, and let me just say aqualux did everything that the first place didn’t do! The employees at aqualux took their time, were very detail oriented, and super informative. I took my car in because I had a very bad coffee spill that wasn’t cleaned properly the first time, and they exceeded my expectations. They steamed cleaned my seats, and took priority in my concerns/ the problem areas. When I looked at my car once it was finished, it was like a brand new car and all of my concerns were addressed and fixed/clean. I will most definitely be going back for whenever my car needs a very good cleaning and detail. Ibrahim was very helpful and gave me a lot of insight about their process. 10/10 would recommend! Some of the photos show before the detail (from what the previous detailing place did) and some are after, and what Aqualux did. A complete difference for the better!”

“This review is for the GM Christian. He did an amazing job resolving my issues. I thought the car wash damaged my car and when I was at the car wash the car wash attendant (black guy with the fake chain around his neck ?) was so rude to me and made me feel like I was trying to get over on the car wash and refused to let me make an incident report. I posted a negative review and canceled my membership. The GM called me and allowed me to do an incident report and investigated and reviewed the cameras and even offered for me to come in to look at the footage. I can tell he was very honest and told me the dates and when the damage happened to my vehicle. Christian said I came in with damage and there was snow on my car. I then realized my son scratch my car with the snow brush. I of course apologized to Christian and felt so foolish. I plan on signing back up as I’ve never encountered a problem with this car wash before. The young man who assisted me before needs to never be allowed to talk to customers ever again. He need to go to some customer service seminars 101 because that was basic customer service he could have given and he failed terribly. You literally had a customer cancel their membership because of your poor lazy customer service. All you had to do was literally let me fill out an incident report. Now I have to go through the hassle of signing back up because you want to be lazy.”

Hands down the best car wash in the area — and the only TouchL<3SS automatic car wash I found within a 30 mile radius.
• The TouchLess wash is excellent (Pro tip: wait for the green light ? before pulling out or the blowers shut off early!).
• Plenty of self-serve bays with great pressure and options.
• Prices are very fair, and the soaps/chemicals actually seem high-quality and work well.
• They just repaved the entire lot and entrance — huge improvement, no more potholes!
Big shout-out to MK — super friendly, helpful, and went out of his way to make the experience even better.
I’ve been driving 20 minutes each way to come here for the past year… and it’s 100% worth the trip (or even a short detour if you’re nearby). Highly recommend!”
