If I had a choice to leave it at zero stars I would. Lazy cashier, he wouldn’t let me buy drinks just because I was with my kids “their over 18”. He also kept asking and repeated everything even after he said it.

Needed to buy a Gatorade and could not because a woman employee was smoking in her car outside of the convenience store and LOCKED the doors, so no one could get in or out while she was taking a smoke in her car. No sign as to when she will open the doors and she refuses to respond to the customers. Horrible.

I purchased the monthly car wash. This specific location always has their car wash closed it very inconvenient I stopped by several days. I finally decided to call and he said the car wash is not open below 10 degrees. I checked the temp and it was 30 degrees. And he did not have it open. I’m not happy about purchasing the monthly car wash because every time I want to use it they have or closed. This is the closest location to me. If you’re looking to buy the monthly car wash keep this in mind.I also stopped by hours later and the temp went up. It was still closed?? He just does not want to open the car wash or deal with it. It VERY INCONVENIENT

If I could give "O" Stars I would! I I received EXTEMLY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from the clerk yesterday evening, Wednesday 4/27. I am still floored by the occurrence. So much so that I would like action to be taken against this employee. Unfortunately, I did not get his name, but this is not the first time that he has treated my sister and I this way. Immediately when we walked into this store, he practically told us to get out. This employee never acknowledges us. I simply asked if we could purchase IL scratch-off lottery tickets. I was immediately told in a very aggressive tone that lottery is closed. I can use the machine. Trust me, I would have preferred to use the machine, but the ticket I wanted was behind the register. I then asked why scratch-off lottery was closed and he yelled that they close at 9? Still prompting for an explanation, as I knew that you could purchase and redeem lottery scratch-off tickets, until 2am, he simply screamed that it was closed and to get out. Please refer to the link stating specifically the timeframe you can purchase and redeem scratch-off tickets in Illinois. What time do they stop selling scratch off lottery tickets in Illinois? (askinglot.com). At this point I began to videotape because I was that upset. I proceeded to ask to speak to a manager and he said, get out, you can come back in the morning. I asked if I could give him/her a call and he refused. In the meantime, my sister wanted to check out an item she won through your current Fuel Runner promotion. He did finally check her out but was not happy about it. In fact, he mentioned under his breath that you only come in here to get everything free! Yes, we do come in because this is the only location near us, to redeem our promotion earnings, but if they did not want to honor these, they should not be a Circle K Franchise. This is simply unacceptable as nobody should be treated this way, especially as a customer. To make matters worse, I stopped back in this evening 4/28 at 8:30 p.m. to purchase the scratch-off tickets. It was a different clerk, so I asked him what time they stop selling scratch-offs behind the counter. He told me never. You can purchase those 24/7! So, here in lies my point. Absolutely ridiculous. Be warned!

Out of order both restrooms come on for 8 weeks . No way that both work store employees put out of order so that don't have to clean then get a clue circle k people need to use yourfacilities. Hire some hard working people not lazy p.o.s

Attempted to buy gas here twice. The card readers and tap to pay did not work at the pump. Neither did prepaying inside with a card, though a transaction hold went through.
