“The people were fantastic - very kind and helpful - and the space was perfect. I could not have asked for anything more, and I would rent from them again without any doubt.”
“The team at Extra Space Storage in Lake Forest were incredibly helpful and friendly and got me in a temperature-controlled unit that I’m extremely happy with. Thank you!”
“The Gentleman who assisted me was outstanding, courteous, efficient and very kind. He knew his stuff and the facility is SUPER clean, and everything was very easy, from entering and access to storage. I highly recommend them! (Libertyville facility off Park Ave)”
“I chose this Life Storage location a few weeks ago because of the reviews, and the reviews were NOT just hype. Marty is a helpful and courteous man who is a wealth of information and always friendly. This place is clean, well-lit, and the atmosphere feels safe. The only thing I think could be changed a little is that the overhead garage door stays open longer than it should after the eye has been cleared, but I am new to this storage stuff, so maybe there is a good reason for that. Otherwise, Marty is truly an asset to the company and this location is bright, clean, and wonderful.”
“As always, great service. Jeff and everyone at Cornerstone are absolutely the best to work with. I highly recommend them. By far the best auto shop in Lake County. Honest, great prices, excellent service, what more can you ask for.”
“the truck carried all necessary cargo, and gave the drivers no major difficulties; the ramp on the back made unloading much easier, in an admittedly difficult situation;”
“The people who run this location are fantastic! They are helpful, honest and friendly. I have rented at least half a dozen times in the last 4 years with good prices and no problems.”

“Lake St. came this morning to pick-up my snowblower for repair. They came w/in 1 hour of my phone call (even after the 5'' snow fall last night). They called w/in 2 hours to let me know the repair was completed. The price to do so was VERY REASONABLE and my snow blower will be returned w/in an hour. Thank you Brian & Matt. Lake Street Rental is A++!

“Vanessa at the Rolling Meadows location is the ONLY reason for this 5 star review. She is truly a special individual and a genuinely kind person who went above and beyond to help us in every way possible. She was fantastic!
Unfortunately, our experience with U-Haul as a company was the complete opposite. We reserved a 10' one-way truck well in advance for my daughter's college move. During the week leading up to the move, we were called repeatedly—sometimes twice a day—changing the pickup time, location, truck size, or some combination of the three. My daughter, my wife, and I all called multiple times trying to get things straightened out. Each time we thought we finally had a plan based on U-Haul's availability, we'd get another call the next day changing it again. The entire reservation and customer service process was an absolute disaster.
U-Haul as a whole gets 1 star from me. Vanessa gets 5. She turned an incredibly frustrating experience into a positive one, and U-Haul is very fortunate to have her at the Rolling Meadows location.”

“My friend told me about this place.
Highly highly recommended, this is the easiest way to get your CDL. The
price is excellent! Equipment is easy to drive. Jesse and his team are the best!!!”
“Special recognition should go to your employee Maria at the Libertyville Illinois location. She went above and beyond did an outstanding job accommodating everything I needed in the midst of a very sudden unexpected move out situation for me. It left a very strong positive impression on me. The storage facility also I rate very highly, cleaning well organized, and the cargo van rental was great, the Dodge was incredibly easy to drive and a tremendous value for single day local use. Please give Maria employee of the month!”

“Absolutely fantastic place to store my items! It's built like an old bunker so it stays relatively the same temperature year round. The customer service is also fantastic!”
“Uncomplicated, fast and easy, exactly how it should be. Quick & easy from the first contact until the end. Everything was clean and well organized, and the service was very accommodating and friendly. We will definitely come back and highly recommend it.”
“Everyone is very helpful. U-haul needs to adjust their policies a bit to help their rental agents be the best. I give Ed and crew 5 but U-haul 1/2 star for stupid policies”
“Geat service and clean equipment. Dropped truck off after hours which is really convenient. I did get charged for 2 dollies by mistake and Jordan caught the error before I did and credited my card. Will be back if I need a truck again.”
“These guys are the greatest. They were exceptionally friendly and very helpful. The drop off process took longer that I wanted, because I didn't realize how in-depth it was. That was my fault, but U-Haul was terrific and this location is awesome.”
“It is my very first time, all I saw and experienced was excellent. Nice van, clean, functions well, break system good, doors in good condition. I am just so impressed.”
