This Walgreens is extremely uphelpful and unknowledgeable. I submitted a refill for a medication I get each month. I have a coupon code for this medication and usually there is not an issue. This store tried to put the code through for three days unsuccessfully and then listed the medication as ready for pick up on my account. When I arrived, the pricing was incorrect and that’s when they told me that they had tried to put the code through multiple times, but I couldn’t get it to work. I asked him if there was anything I could do on my end with my insurance or if I could call anyone to try to address the issue, and they said they didn’t know. I canceled the refill at that branch and took it to the one in southern Lake Zurich. Within five minutes of me getting there and explaining the problem, the pharmacist called the coupon code company, addressedc and rectified the problem. She said they probably hadn’t even tried to call the coupon company at the Lincolnshire Walgreens. Just think of how many personnel hours they wasted by trying to put through a code and then just leaving their long-term customer frustrated by not coming up with a solution. I would highly recommend avoiding this Walgreens as they are also quite rude when dealing with customers both on the phone and in person. I have personally experienced this despite speaking calmly and politely to them. I have also witnessed it with other customers while waiting in line.

Visited the store at 1 pm on 02/10. Jose was awful. He told me wrong information, and when I politely showed the correct info, he said he doesn't care. If you, Jose, don't care, please go work somewhere else.

Always short staffed, very poor service for pharmacy - everything, instore or drive thru, takes at least 30-40 mts so plan accordingly.

Beyond understaffed, can’t fulfill appointments at the scheduled time. Put calls on hold without even answering.

Once again, Jaci saved the day. I literally love this woman. Not only she brightens my day, she found a prescription coupon that helped me afford my medication. She did all of this while multi tasking, ringing up customers, and having a cute conversation with my young daughter. Walgreens...you guys have a gem, do not loose her!

Jackie and Carlos were spectacular. They both made our immunization appointments a great experience. Carlos quickly checked us in when the QR code displayed “no appointment found”. Jackie administered our shots quickly and offered great information and tips to reduce the risk of any soreness. Really lovely experience.

Had to wait 40 min in drive thru to get prescription. The staff is really horrible here. My husband had dental surgery and they took forever to get pain medication ready. Had multiple bad experiences here. Wonder why Walgreens doesn’t do anything about it

It is one of the least managed stores. They don’t update your prescription deliveries. You can not complain or connect them by phone for your prescriptions.

I waited one hour to get a Covid 19 test, while there was no line in pharmacy department. After 3 hours I have not seen any result yet. I and other people tested at Walgreen in different location did get result within 30 mins as said in Walgreen website. I Do not understand how this location is managed at such low efficiency and careless! When you need Covid 19 test, please consider use different location or go to different stores.After 32 hours I got the email of the result, Negative. Should I trust the result? NOT AT ALL, because I got Covid 19 positive tested in a clinical office. Please do not go to this Walgreen for any tests. THEY WILL DELAY YOUR TREATMENT AND CAUSE YOUR MORE SERIOUS PROBLEMS.

Don’t recommending to make refunds here of any products. Terrible work of male staff, not organised manager did mistake in transferring incorrect amount to my bank account. Still can’t decide this problem with them. Don’t spend your time there just go to another walgreens
