Felt the the team there was not focused on the customer. They keep telling us that their corporate and not retail without explaining the difference. I'm so used to people asking me what I need, what's my account number, etc ... It was not a pleasant experience.

Terrible service. Came in because of dropped calls and 3 people that worked there blew us off and mocked my father (a senior citizen). 0 remorse or accountability. An absolute disgrace.
