The server mistook our order, scooped out "too much" ice cream, and then scooped some back in the tub.Ice cream was fine it's a Baskin Robbins.

What is it with all the Baskin Robbins that have no chocolate sauce within their establishments. I asked for a chocolate shake made with Vanilla ice cream. The girl behind the counter was stumped. And when I asked for chocolate syrup in the shake - further confusion. Shame. You lost me on this one!

Always a quick service with nice people! The lines aren't super long during weekday mornings. There're plenty of people who hang out with coffee, people on the go, and high school students. The mobile order is so easy to pick up.

I mean, come on now. This is a Dunkin' Donuts. Of course, since I don't eat red meats like bacon and sausage, I can't really tell you about items that have that. However, everything else seems just fine. The Baskin Robbins seems to never have a problem. The Dunkin' Donuts part, however, can be sluggish. Specifically, the coffee. At times (rare), it can be cold or watered down so make sure you try it before you walk out. The mobile ordering here works but you need to walk all the way down to the sign that says pick-up because if you ask them at the counter, they get confused. Other than that, my donuts and breakfast croissants are fine.

Very nice staff and quick service. Watched as one of the staff had memorized a regulars order. "Where everybody knows your name"

TL;DR: Mediocre but friendly service usually, never going back after a staff member asked me if I'm pregnant this morning. I tolerate the somewhat inept service here a few times a week because the staff is usually friendly and this location is well-situated for stopping for coffee on my way to work. However, after this morning, I'll never be going there again. I thought I had placed a mobile order a few minutes before arriving, but when I got there everyone just stared at me when I said I had a mobile order. I took that to mean it hadn't gone through, so to break the silence, I told both the women the counter what I had ordered. They just shook their heads and looked baffled, so finally they said they hadn't received a mobile order. No big deal - I checked the app to confirm I hadn't been charged, they rang me up and someone got to work on my drink. The woman handed me my drink, I said thank you, and she got a concerned look and said "Are you pregnant?" To give you an idea, I am 100% not pregnant, I am of a healthy weight, and I was wearing a loose black dress. IF there was any deceptive appearance of pregnancy, you do not ask a woman that unless she looks like she's about to pop/you're totally certain, and even then, you don't ask because it's her body and none of your business. What's worse, I suspect she asked because if I said yes, she was planning to advise me that I shouldn't be drinking coffee while pregnant, which is also none of her business. One further point of clarity - though I visit this location frequently and there are a couple employees who probably recognize me, this was one I had not seen before, so it's not as if there's a rapport there that could even remotely indicate that this would be an appropriate question. A woman's body is no one's business but her own to begin with, and it's extremely insulting to be asked if you're pregnant when you're not.

First off, let me start by saying we walked in with no employee to greet us. Now, I don't usually need someone to say hello to me, but the fact is that there was NO ONE there. My friend and I stood there for about 11 minutes until the lady actually showed up. And when she did, she was ON THE PHONE. She had the audacity to ask us to wait for a second. She talked very quietly and I asked for a specific order for my drink, she told me in a rude manner that I needed to be charged extra, where as everywhere else I go I DONT GET CHARGED. I'm not satisfied with this place, don't go there. The service is horrible.

I don't even want to give this place one star. I've tried complaining but it turns out the owner does not know how to treat their costumers and is just as careless and disrespectful herself. A couple of friends and I were doing hw there..it had been 30 mins, when the worker asked us to move for other men whom were loud and obnoxious continuously walking in and out to have cigarettes with their coffee. She claimed that if we didn't move her costumers wouldn't come back. My first instinct was are WE NOT costumers??? She also told us we aren't allowed to be there and do hw. Just absolutely ridiculous to include they don't clean their tables. When I asked them to please wipe it down she threw me a wet rag. Will never go back there. COMPLETELY disappointed

I come in here to get coffee for myself and my employees. While the drinks are good and they get my order correct, the service is not great. It not WHAT you do, its HOW you do what you do.

Not only were the employees extremely rude (I'm looking at you, Helena), but my wife and I received the oddest looking bacon on our sandwiches we have ever seen. It is unnaturally red and it looks more like BEGGIN STRIPS dog treats than real meat. (See photo!) We took it off and refused to eat it. The most disappointing Dunkin experience we have ever had. If I could give 1 star, I would!

I went here a few times in the morning. I will never be back. I told them my order, they asked if I wanted to upgrade. No thanks, I said. They asked if I wanted 50 munchkins instead of 25. No thanks. Again they asked if I wanted an extra large coffee instead. NO. How about a large coffee, they then asked. NO!!! How about you just give me what I freakin ordered?! Too much of a headache for me.

If I can give this place 0 stars, I would! The young lady that worked the night shift was extremely rude. She was slamming the fridge doors while getting ice cream, disrespectful and rude to one of the customers ahead of me, and had a very nasty attitude. After she made my iced coffee, which tasted watered down, she slammed the cup on the counter! I will not be visiting this location again.
