Had an appointment that I made a week in advance for the location on Devon for 4:15pm. The advisor was at least half an hour late, not because he had clients before me, but just because he was late. These people obviously don't care about their customers.

The digital version of doing your taxes is terrible. There's too much going back and forth with messages and phone calls wasting a lot of time. There should be a video chat capability so that you can talk directly with your tax advisor live, ask questions, and go through the documents together with a screen share. It should recreate the in-office experience.
