Very good store on Devon and Crawford in Lincolnwood
The store is clean , staff friendly , and even smells good when you walk in the door

Worst pharmacy - rude and unprofessional - absolute garbage. I don't understand why the staff is rude after you waited 30 minutes in line for a prescription that is all ready for you

Okay, this pharmacy might be the slowest of all time. It also doesn't help that everyone in line is 900 years old and has a million questions, but it needs more staff!

Being pregnant I come to CVS today 12/16/23 at 5:08pm get me prenatal vitamins worker who was putting coupons on the prices he asked me for a help letting me know what vitamins was buy one get one free I got what I need he helped me check out from a self pay checkout walking to the car I saw he charge me extra for the vitamin I walk back to ask him if it was a mistake or why I got charged I saw him helping a other customer I didn’t wanna bother him I saw other white big man bald man no hair red hoodie he was staying behind the cash register I woke up to him explain to him what happened at the first time I want him to check why I got charge extra he said Yunus upfront he was calling the guy who helped me before I think other guy was busy he didn’t come I waited like 15 min to other guy to come he finally shows up explain to other guy what happened this white bald man he takes the vitamins and he charges me double on my card saying he did the exchange he gives me $8.07 cents I don’t know for what I said I paid with my debit card what this money is I look at my bank account I got charged double I said listen you charge me double he said I’m not dealing with this he calls the other guy again I told them I don’t wanna deal with you both can I get my refund this 2 times you did charged me before and now keep you vitamins I just need my refund back they give me my refund back on my card with the receipt white man bald says to me now get a F out of our store I said what are you saying he says B you heard me what I said I was shocked I was so stressed out I almost had a miscarriage from so much stressed in humiliation from this man he didn’t have a name tag other one name was Yunus, Yunus try to stop him he was cursing at me so bad like he was at the bar I was so shocked everyone looking at us in the store customers and the pharmacy people I never got stressed out my husband my brothers as a man never talk back like this. I did the complaint with the CVS corporate office through the email right after I get home I need the store manager see the camera today or tomorrow or corporate office has to come to store and watch the cameras I’m not gonna let this go I hope he prays to God noting happiness to my baby from the stress I got it today he almost coming to my face he try to hit me or attack me Yunus the worker try to stop him! Instead of telling me thank you for shopping at the CVS help the customer for the double charge he insulted me on Monday my husband will contact our lawyer to lawyer talks to CVS corporate office and the store to they have the camera we are taking this to the court! DONT work at the store if you have a bad temper attacking pregnant woman.

I like this cvs because staff is friendly and fast I was getting flu shot cvs pharmacist Noor gave me flu shot without any pain or pinch . This CVS has everything that you need.
