I have been working with the Lincolnwood FastSigns location for several years now for office and real estate sign printing. They have always been great to work with and I am on a first name basis with most of the staff. Recently the store came under new ownership who has retained the excellent staff and I feel it is even better than before! Why, you might ask? I recently had a couple of vinyl real estate signs printed (6x4) and noticed that the colors were considerably more muted than expected. I was reluctant to bring this up with the staff but when I went to install the signs, they looked faded and lacked contrast between the lettering and background, making it hard to read and easy to miss when driving by. When I reached out to FastSigns, the owner seemed genuinely sad I had this outcome. He told be to bring the signs in and they would make it right and they did! To me the true test of a company is how well they handled a problem and they hit a home run with this loyal customer! They are a great group of people and I cannot endorse and recommend them enough!

I missed approving a proof so this shop ended up rushing my job for me last minute so I’d have my prints in time of an event. They did like 1 hr turnaround and I’m so appreciative. Printing was great quality too. Would absolutely use them again!

Fastsigns at Lincolnwood was amazing!! I am very impressed with thier overall process. Casey was my contact person at this location and she did a great job on organizing the meetings, explaining the process and showing the examples of finished products before we okayed it. Their staff who came out to take the measurements was very thorough and detailed. The staff who came to install the sign did amazing job. He was very thorough!! Our place looks fantastic with the beautiful signage!!

Fastsigns in Lincolnwood goes above and beyond with every project we submit. Over the years, we've built a great relationship with Cassie and the team. We continue to use Fastsigns of Lincolnwood due to their attention to detail, quickness, and accuracy of multiple projects - they are absolutely our preferred vendor when it comes to signage for our clients and events. I've had multiple items printed and created here and I'm always impressed with the end result. Things move very fast (which is important when building a business/brand). I was most impressed with my last project which I requested for on Monday, was working with the designer on Tuesday/Wednesday, and it was ready on Thursday. That's FAST!
