Had to ship something and I was pretty clueless. I worked with a guy named Tim, who was working there that day. Tim was super helpful and really pleasant to work with. Thanks for all your help!

Don't waste your time in this place , the machines don't work and the Staff is rude. Tim the associate that's in training has a snippy attitude and was extremely condescending.

Absolutely awful service. Avoid, unless you want your day ruined. Print service, but refusing to make changes in spite charging for it. Curt and dismissive service. This, in the neighborhood, but a force to help you use local businesses.

Very rude customer service. If I could give negative star's I would have! Used computer trying to print something real fast, in the beginning computer screen kept going into circles and by the time I got to yahoo my 5 mins were up not once but twice. Went up front to were the manager was with employee and explained why two separate times issue with thing going into circle once you click agreement. Basically said well we don’t use yahoo mail, yet your screen had yahoo link on it. So why not have something posted by computers to inform customers. So I wasted $10.00 trying to print something and got nothing! Let alone a let me try to help you etc.

Had a wonderful experience here. Everyone in the printing area was great. Nohely was especially helpful with a difficult printing project. She was very patient with me and offered suggestions to reach a solution.

Very bad customer service. The two young ladies were unhelpful, uninformative, disrespectful and lazy. Save yourself some time and go to another FedEx Office shop nearby. I understand everybody can have a bad day, but if you do not know how to deal with customers please seek a back-office job.
