I really like this store. Very young associates and they are always warm, pleasant and helpful. I especially enjoy Toren. He has great energy and is always very helpful!

Shady. I placed an order online for in-store pick up, I paid for it online, and I got an email saying my order was ready. Three days later I went to go pick it up. I showed my email to the girl at the front desk and she seemed either confused or nervous and said “hold on let me get my manager”. Manager comes up says “your order number doesn’t exist call customer service for a refund” and turns around and walks away on her phone. I asked her how can that be when I have an email saying it’s ready and she didn’t respond to me. Every employee I talked to claimed that my order number “didn’t exist”. These were gifts and I needed them right away. Obviously something seemed really off and the majority of the employees were avoiding me soooooo I sat in store and called customer service. 58 MINUTES LATER I finally get a rep on the phone (still sitting in the store btw), rep asks to speak to one of the in-store employees. The girl that walked away from me earlier was at the front desk. Phone rep confirms order is valid and ask her to look it up again. MIRACULOUSLY this time she finds my order and says “oh it was marked as picked up already must’ve been a mistake here are your shoes” ? she wouldn’t tell me why they couldn’t find my order before. She didn’t care that I was there for almost an hour and a half. And the shady part is that I would not have gotten a refund and I would not have gotten the shoes either. If you don’t pick up your in-store order within 14 days they mail it to your address UNLESS it’s marked as picked up? none of them had nametags on so I don’t even know who i was talking to. Shady all around and a waste of my Saturday afternoon
