Yesterday I went to buy in this store, super bad service, they were racist, there were 2 sellers, a woman and a man, the one who helped me told me that he didn't speak English, I translated with my phone, he didn't care, I wanted them to double my a little cap with the steam machine they have there, they didn't want to do it, after so much insistence the other saleswoman turned around and spoke to me in perfect Spanish and told me it was $5 to do that, I always buy products in this store, very bad service, they don't have good attitude, that was my bad experience yesterday

Went to return a gift I bought where the person already had the item. Purchased the item from a different Lids and was assured that it could be returned to any Lids nationwide within 30 days. Original store did not provide a receipt because their printer was broken.This location would not accept the return without a copy of the receipt. Stated they could not look up the transaction with the credit card or transaction reference number from credit card statement.Disputed transaction with Amex who provided a credit immediately. The merchant must have a history of not accepting valid returns within their policy as Amex was not willing to investigate further and simply closed the dispute providing a full credit.I'm not sure if this store was just unwilling to be helpful to process the return or if corporate systems are not sophisticated to look up transaction history across the enterprise by credit card, but I thought I would share my experience. If there is any possibility you may need to return a gift, ensure you get a receipt.

Worst experience ever. It was 10:03 am and door was open . We walked in and the guy literally made me and my husband walk out. He even ask “ did you guys open the door “ we said yes , the door was open . He said well I’m not open yet . He definitely should look for another job. Looked miserable.

They had exactly what I needed, however the staff did not speak to me at all walking in and honestly barely spoke to me checking me out besides when telling me the total. Mind you all three employees were standing behind the counter and none offered help when I was looking for my items.

Unprofessional work place . So I come to the mall looking to buy a jeresy from lids both days I go it says open on google. I walk into the mall and the shop is closed even though the hours are posted outside. It doesn’t make sense that an establishment like this would have no one working in the stores such a shame.
