Service has not improved. I brought my car 11/24 for maintenance and all they say is they are short staff. They were the one who offered the date and as a customer no access to their staffing. I have to drive a loaner with big markings of Lieberman for the weekend. For eight hours of them having my car, they cannot figure out the updates. They were telling me the server is down.

We had a terrific experience. Traded in our older Mercedes and went seemlessly. highly recommend. Adam was our salesman and was very knowledgeable in all areas and answered all our questions and concerns.

HORRIBLE DEALERSHIP. When my father brought in his Mercedes for repair, he had forgotten to mention the extended warranty. Over the course of 3-4 business days, he and my son tried to call the service technician (Brandon Cruz) repeatedly to inform him, leaving messages every time. On the 4th-5th day, when my son finally spoke to the technician and brought up the warranty, the technician said "I wish you would have told me that before we started work on the car." I'm not sure why that makes a difference. To which my son replied with the fact that they had been leaving several messages over 3-4 days. The technician simply stated that he fell behind on calls. When my father and son went to pick up the car, they were told that the repairs were going to cost a little over $1,000, and that they wouldn't release the car without payment. My father mentioned the warranty and the technician told him that they could just send the receipt to the warranty company for reimbursement.I called the warranty company and they informed me that this is NOT their standard protocol and this dealership does this all the time. All the dealership needed to do was call the warranty company to get the repairs approved, and they would send payment to the dealership, and they do this to customers so they can get immediate payment rather than wait for the warranty company. They also said that they couldn't guarantee all the repairs/parts would be covered, since they were never informed ahead of time. I later found out that the service technician said he was going to call the warranty company, and that he never did. After submitting the claim to the company, I tried to call the service technician (Brandon Cruz) as well as the service manager (Joe Slouch, I believe) several times and left messages, and have gotten no response. My family has a longstanding history with owning multiple Mercedes, going as far back as the 80's...this horrible experience is going to highly impact our decision towards this dealership (and possibly any Mercedes) going forward.

I purchased my 2003 E500 new from Loeber when the showroom was located on Lincoln Avenue. We also bought a C320. Wagon just 6 months earlier. The service and good will they have delivered and demonstrated over the years is exemplary! While there have been issues with the cars over the past twenty years, they have ALWAYS gone above and beyond with their services delivered. Mercedes has also stood by their product admirably , to the point the exchanged out my car for a new model after 6 months on my owning it because the GPS that I ordered for the car was not available to be installed when it was thought not to be a problem. Also, they replaced the four passenger doors on our c320 because of a latent manufacturing defect that caused the bottom of the doors to rust prematurely. These are both excellent companies that I highly recommend. PS. Also bought a GLC300. Smart car. And our family has purchased 5-6 other MB & 1 Porsche

Zero stars. Loeber tells me they will not service my 1999 MB as it is "too old." Wouldn't even perform a diagnostic test. Strange for an accredited dealership to a brand with a reputation for long-lived quality. Loeber has perfromed multiple services on this 1999 vehicle in past years, prior to today's refusal to do so.I understand the economics of why a dealer would make this move - hard-to-find parts, lack of mechanics' expertise on older vehicles. That doesn't change what I think is a shameful policy. I won't waste my time with this place again.

This place takes slimy and sleazy sales tactics to a completely new level. They lie right to your face without any shame. Came to this place pre-approved with my own bank financing, they kept trying to get me to get THEIR financing. They really are the reason most of us hate car dealerships. It also probably didn't help that I wasn't White, the White men who walk around in this place won't even speak- and you're there to spend your money with them. Arrogant pricks. I had my own pre-approval to get a vehicle yet they still shoved a credit app in my face and lied about "not going to use it for anything". Wasted my time. Avoid this slimy and dare I say racist place. I knew they were full of shit when I walked out and no one tried to stop me or correct the experience. Do not go here.

I had a pleasant experience here. I know I got taken somewhat but that is with all dealerships. I have yet to find an honest car dealership. For the most part I was satisfied. I had purchased my previous Mercedes from Fletcher Jones, alias bate and switch, 11 years ago. I got good service from Fletcher Jones. Now we will see what happens with Loeber.

The worse service and employees. They don't know parts, ordering procedures or anything else. They told me one thing then call me to contradict themselves. I had to go there 6 times for one key, then key didn't work, then their "technician" wanted to charge me $90 for forcing wrongly made key into ignition lock and damaging it!

I have been to this location lots times. Every time I had great experience but not with Brandon Cruz. He had an attitude when I talked with him. Seems he owns Loeber Motors. This is my third time the airbag light on in the past 2 years. I told Brandon I have the same warning message as before when I drop the car. Next day Brandon sent me a message that showed the squib needed to be replaced and cost $596. I called him back trying to figure it out but he said this is an electrical issue. He can not exland how it happened. Then the next day I received another message from the repair department saying my car is fixed and the receipt shows the problem is the cable harness and connector need to be replaced. That is exactly the same part I replaced two years ago. This is the safety issue of airbags. How could I have the same problem 3 times in 2 years? I only used this vehicle locally drove about 20000 miles in 3 years. Unfortunately Brandon said this is an electrical issue and he can not explain it. Besides that, I waited 40 minute just for pick up the car until I went out to ask another employee. Then he brought me to Brandon's seat. He was sitting there without any other guests. I don't understand why he let me wait so long.I asked to talk with the manager. Brandon said Joe Sclauch was not in his office. Then I asked for Joe's business card but Brandon did not give it to me. He said he will let Joe Sclauch call me later that same day. Of course no one called me.I have had great experiences before. Brandon's poor community skills ruined my day. He also made me think that he tried to charge me extra to replace the squib.

Resolve. The problem wasn't Loeber, it was my Smart fortwo. All said and done, and fighting for consumer justice, Loeber Motors has been exemplary in resolving am issue that belonged with the car. Car security has been corrected, and I'm one happy Loeber customer. Best team at any car dealer, perhaps, but I'm grateful thanks to Joe Schlauch, Bill Lindahl, and Michael Loeber for making things right. They are people of their word, and hard to find that in any car sales. Knaus Mercedes let me down horribly, where Loeber made my car a priority . Benz or Porsche, whatever you buy, your happiness is only as safe as the dealer you buy from. These guys are good for on a promise. Very Highly recommend Loeber Motors ... and it's staff, top down!

DO NOT GET YOUR AIR FILTERS REPLACED HERE unless you want your AC to smell like a rat every time you turn it on. The service providers/front desk advisors also withhold information from you. They replaced my air filter in January. Ever since, my car smells disgusting every time I turn on the AC. I know it's from their new disgusting filter. I trusted their mechanic, and I feel so betrayed. Spoke with Bill and he said that he didn't know what the smell is from (likely mildew) and the smell had to have been there prior to getting my filter replaced, indirectly calling me a liar. But I'm just disappointed that they expect me to use my AC in hot air when the smell makes me want to vomit. They needed me to make an appointment which is fair, but I'm disappointed that they don't treat you with respect. They were slammed today and the guys getting the cars are great, funny people. Just really disappointed and heartbroken that they thought replacing my filter with a potentially already used or disgusting filter was appropriate. And they aren't willing to help me until after this coming heatwave. Disappointed.
