The late afternoon supervisor at 60712 was not helpful. A time sensitive payment was returned to me undeliverable as addressed. I verified the address with the company and it was correct. The supervisor's solution was for me to repackage it and use new postage. He refused to use a courtesy envelope to mail it for me. His solution to AGAIN inconvenience me is unacceptable. He did not even have the customer service skill to apologize for the Post Office's error. I went to Rogers Park Post Office where they kindly re-mailed the envelope at no charge. And they apologized for the inconvenience. The payment is already late. I hope it gets delivered because the address is legible and correct.

The actual mail carriers who place the mail to each address do a stellar job are very consistent. The sorters however apparently cannot read? Everytime and mean every single one... when I have a package I'm counting on arriving it does this Chicago dance between facilities because some clown in the Lincolnwood branch can't tell the difference between 60712 & 60612. This'll make from the date of purchase to actually making it to my house nearly a 2 week venture?!? I cringe everytime I click buy "complete purchase".

Very helpful in helping me receive a package initially sent to the wrong address

Unfortunately they don't sell postage stamps, this is just a pickup and drop off location.

Mail is not picked up from the box right outside of the Post Office. Mail has been sitting here for a week!

I spend 15 minutes just to look for the entrance door. When I went there, there is no space that I can sit on or I can drop my box, I was looking for anybody to help me take my box but nobody. I have to knock and scream so somebody can hear me and come in and take my box.

Since I had post and called with complaints we are now getting mail daily, which I am thankful for. We have had the same lady delivering and she does a good job. Hope things continue this way. So thanks for listening.

So the carrier entered that my two packages had been delivered. But of course, they were not. I was literally sitting on my porch at the time of the supposed delivery. Calling the USPS customer service representative helped me discover that my packages are at the post office and scheduled for delivery the next day. Either do your job or don't do your job, but don't lie about doing your job. When I first ordered and saw USPS was responsible for the delivery, I had a bad feeling. Maybe I should buy some lottery tickets.

I like this location is easy and I drop off my packages and never had a problem. I love it. If I could I'd give them 10 stars

'Coming Soon?' has slipped from a few days to over a week, and if we have to go to them to pick up a package from that doorway in the back parking lot, it's twice as far as Norwood Park, Jefferson Park and Harwood Heights Post Offices. How did 60646 in the city of Chicago end up with delivery (or NOT) from 60712 in Lincolnwood??? Not even served by any public transit from Chi...

For being in such a nice area, this place is the absolute worst post office I've ever been to. It's impossible to find, they never answer their phones, and their customer service is atrocious. I've gone without mail and packages for weeks. They have you fill out info online and then just say "sorry we're busy" and close out the ticket. This is unacceptable and for the amount of money and time that goes into making this community nice, this mail service isn't going to cut it.

Doesn't matter if you speak to a manager or anyone for that matter. These ppl hater their lives and hat their jobs. This place should be closed down, and everyone inside should be fired. Managers are rude. Mrs. Triplet supposedly is the Customer Service Manager, who can't even answer simple question or take the time out of her say to solve an issue custom has. Will be leaving negative reviews every day for the next week. USPS sucks!

This place is constantly late or is almost always losing packages. They lack customer service both at corporate office and in person.
