I came to this location to return a few body mists that I bought online. I had taken the barcode labels from the boxes and put them on the bottles so it’s easier for the employees instead of bringing in the original packaging which was in separate boxes. The Spanish employee at the store who I did not get the name or the employee number, was extremely rude to me, argued with me and asked why I put the barcodes on the body mists. I let her know that last time an employee told me to do exactly just that so it’s easier for them to scan. She argued with me asking with so much attitude who told me and I told her I couldn’t remember and she let me know that she wont do it because she wouldn’t be able to resell the body mists at the store. I let her know that Victoria Secret does not resell any online items that were returned and that they ship it back to headquarters. She argued with me disagreeing and she refused to return them for me. She threw the receipts at me, gave me a disgusting look and demanded the next customer to come in line. I walked out the store so angry. I called another store asking about the policy & they let me know that I was in the right and I was allowed to return my items so I went back to the store, got another employee and she was sweet & returned my items for me. The store employees at this location are extremely unprofessional, very disgusting with their attitudes and I will never be shopping at this location. This is not the first this has happened to me at this location whether it’s me asking a question, purchasing an item or returning an item. All the online reviews on Google for this location are negative and a lot of people have had the exact same experiences as I did. I wish I got the name of the employee and the employee number but unfortunately none of the girls there wore name tags and the girl who helped me would not give me the other girls name. Honestly it’s better that this location is shut down. The store is extremely disorganized, disgusting. Very dirty, and then employees there are just as unhelpful, give you attitude & refuse to do their job, most of the time. I absolutely hate this location and I will never be shopping at this location again & will let others know as well. Do better at hiring. I called headquarters about this location and will continue to do so until this location gets shutdown or they fire everyone there & rehire a whole new team.

I had a positive experience in this store. The person that helped me find my bra size was really nice, and gave me suggestions because I was a size that VS doesn't carry a lot of (38G). I've been shopping at VS for years, and during COVID there was a major downturn in customer service because of low sales and then barely any store associates working. There had been times when the dressing room wasn't open so I couldn't try on bras, which is crucial for me. I believe the associate's name was Kelsey. I'll probably come back just because of the help and tips she gave me.

Betty was a very very helpful at checkout. Makes me want to come back just from how sweet she was! 10/10 recommend. Also great sales this week :)

It was a bad experience shopping at VS Lincolnwood Town. One of Hispanic employee was very RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL. She gossiped about me while I walked away from fitting room. I will never come back again!

I was reading comments and almost all of them are negative and refers to two Spanish employees that cover for each other. I do agree that this store location misrepresenting Victoria Secret as a brand. I did experience the same treatment as other customers said in the review site. Staff is extremally rude , unprofessional and disrespectful towards VS costumers. It happened on 07/19/23 at around 8:10 pm I was standing in the line when Spanish employee came in and stated that she will take customers on the other side of the store. When I went to the register, there was one lady at the register and I was the second one. Spanish employee stated that she takes only one customer at the time, which is understanding.I wasn't standing next to the customer but in line. I told the employee that I already came out from the line and I would like to be taken care of since I am standing there. I explained to the employee that I did not know , and she should have clarify that one customer at the time at the beginning, not when I already came out from the line.VS Spanish Employee refused to take care of me stating that she is taking costumers by herself. At this point I became very irritated, because I came out from the line and she doesn't want to take care of me. I found this very rude and disrespectful. I can understand everything, but I should be taken care of where I was standing, If she would care . Sadly she doesn't give a SH.I Spoke with Spanish employee that claimed she is a Manager, because no name Tag to verify , she wasn't rude but wasn't helpful. I ended up , going back to where I started . This is very sad that VS is one of a top brand around the globe, is quiet pricy and have this type of employees that misrepresenting VS. No wonder that this many locations are closing around Chicago area. I took my time and read comments that are already very bed , and costumers shares the same fillings us I experienced last night about this particular location and their employees. It looks that there is no consequences, because Spanish employee was laughing when I was speaking to her about her behavior. She was laughing to my face like she had fun. She did not even said sorry or something. Here is my question : Is this the way costumers should be treated ? I will never come back to this store, but I am hoping that this employee will be pulled from the store, because she should never work with costumers. If anyone knows where I can call or email about this behavior to the higher management please share comments. I was very disappointed today. I work and take care of people every day and I cant imagine to work with someone like this. I would fire that employee on the spot.

Customer service wasn't that great. I was just standing there and had to find someone for help. And they weren't the friendliest.

One employee kept dodging us when we tried to used the fitting room. Kept using the wrong pronouns. Not safe for trans and nonbinary ppl!! Really unprofessional. Will never come back again.

I was in dire need of a new strapless bra for an event tomorrow -- and headed here today. Both of the ladies working this morning were SO helpful, got me measured, and ensured I got what I needed. I haven't been to VS in a long, long time... but genuinely enjoyed the easy experience here today and actually being able to try things on in-person lol! I wish I would have gotten the employees names, but know that they were wonderful and I am very appreciative!

This store is so disorganized, untidy, and very unfriendly. The manager/supervisor tonight and one of the cashiers (2 spanish-speaking employees) didn't accommodate customer's needs. I was about to pay but the manager and the other staff refused to sell the goods bec. they "only have one system" (referring to the other register on the other side of their v.s. space or area). But, the first cashier who was there earlier, didn't have any problems accommodating buyers before she was replaced. She accommodated everyone who wants to buy. Now, those 2 said employees above didn't do their best to accommodate the sell.Victoria Secret, if you want to have good and lasting relationship with your customers, hire more efficient, friendly, and not lazy employees. Replace the ones that don't care about the growth of the company. See, Instead of making profit, they push customers away! Now you know why the sales are down.

Extremely rude and Unprofessional staff, especially one of their managers “Betty”. She is extremely ill mannered and literally harasses customers, Pathetic customer service. Never going to this location again!!
