Disappointing service I have been coming here for years and I am seeing the service declining more and more. I come here for a reason I believed the service was top notch. It took a while for my kids and I to get seen. My issue with the whole experience was picking the glasses I had picked my frames out a day in advance it took 20-25 additional minutes for someone to help me finalize them with my insurance upon finally sitting down the associate told me without insurance my glasses would cost over 800$ and my copay would be over 250$ this is completely absurd. Additionally when I asked why is it so high normally I pay like a 30/40$ copay same insurance for years he insists prices have gone up vaguely. I ask him to check what it cost last year and he says he doesn’t know and would have to check. I am in shock that they think I will actually pay 250$ for a pair of glasses that is less then 50$ Online will not be coming back!!

I love this location, I’ve been a patient for 10 yrs, but I was saddened by the fact that Lissette Roman is no longer the general manager. BRING HER BACK !!!!

The Dr to the associate that helped me, were professional, efficient and helpful. I was late for my appt and the Dr still accommodated me and saw me. It was a pleasure! Usually the exam and process to get new glasses is a drag but Visionworks made it easy and simple + I got a 40% discount! I cannot wait to get my new glasses!

Appointment time slots are available for a reason. No one greets you upon entering. All too busy trying to upsell. Appointment time slot neglected, no one should wait 30-45 minutes after having a time slot reserved. Horrendous customer service.

I would like to say a huge thank you to Raveese!
It was a great pleasure to meeting with such a professional,helpful, kind, and friendly person.
She needed to contact the doctor office because of unreadable handwriting, gave great advice regarding the frame... took care of everything with ease and and grace.
Today I got my new glasses - beautiful, they work excellent for me.

I have gone there 3 times. Once for glasses, and twice for some frame fixing. I now have glasses that look good on me....And I can see again! Everyone there was so helpful. I recently brought in my badly bent frames and Will worked diligently on them. Wearing the right glasses is so important....and Visionworks seems to understand that.

My experience in the Visionworks in Lincolnwood was quick and easy! Lee was super helpful and got meMore bang for my buck. She was very professional and I appreciated that! The whole staff was very welcoming and great! Go here!
