Nick did a great job replacing my sump pump and check valve. He was very professional and answered all my questions. I couldn’t go down into the crawl space to see the problem so he sent me video and pictures before and after the work was done. His price was very reasonable. I would definitely consider hiring him again.

Appointment time kept and technician called to confirm that they were on their way. Two service calls, one for boiler tune-up and the other for replacing a water heater. Appointments were available for both within a reasonable time, technicians were professional and courteous.

The technicians were incredibly friendly, personable, and professional in my home. I really appreciated how they communicated with me the work that they were doing and why. I never felt pressured into buying anything I didn't need - the before and after pictures that they take of your ducts and AC system speak for themselves. I was very pleased with the Arrowhead Heating and Cooling LLC team. Brian and Ryan were skilled and able. They provided responses to all of my inquiries and explained their procedure in detail. They removed their shoes and left everything as it was. They cleaned each vent after removing all of them. The pictures of the before and after showed a big difference. Professional and thoroughly cleaned out ducts. It was evident that our ducts had never been cleaned in the 25 years since the house was built and the amount of pet hair/ dander was disturbing.
