How are you going to claim UPS access point, but have nothing to ship the product. WARNING for anyone coming here to already have your item packaged up, sealed, with a label already printed and applied. Useless.

My wife was in there earlier today to buy our newborn formula. My wife had a $25.00 manufacturers coupon from Similac which we needed to use to save money in these difficult times. Manager Robin was the cashier and treated my wife so rudely and acted so inconvenienced because she had this coupon. Robin was not entering the coupon correctly as we've never had an issue at any other CVS locations and the only reason we went to this location was the formula we needed was in stock here. She couldn't have cared less that a mother was trying to feed her newborn and save money. CVS is supposed to care about their customers especially infant children but this woman acted like she did not even want to be there. Will file a corporate complaint. Robin needs some sensitivity training and job retraining. We went to a different location and had NO issues with the manager or coupon.

Had a wonderful encounter with the pharmacy staff today. After the last several years of Walgreens customer service basically becoming non existent, I was pleasantly surprised with my visit. The staff was friendly and very quick to fill our prescription while we waited.

I've been happy with this pharmacy. So far they have always been fast and helpful. They also made transferring prescriptions over very easy.

I visited the CVS at 2020 E Grand Ave in Lindenhurst, IL today for an order pickup, and my experience was rather disheartening.Upon entering the store, I headed straight to the pickup counter. Despite the obvious nature of my visit, the store seemed to be operating in a bubble of its own. I found myself standing at the counter for an extended period, with no associate available to assist. During my wait, an associate who was restocking items walked past me twice, completely ignoring my presence. Not only did this associate fail to acknowledge me, but he also didn't inform the two other associates, who were also busy restocking, about my need for assistance. This lack of communication left me feeling invisible and unattended.Frustrated by the lack of attention, I had to raise my voice and call out for assistance. A lady finally responded saying she would attend to me in a few minutes, but continued to restock her aisle. The lack of urgency was disconcerting, as it felt like my needs as a customer were secondary to their restocking tasks. Once she completed her task, she finally attended to me at the register. To add to the disheartening experience, during my visit, another customer was voicing his dissatisfaction with the pharmacy service at this location. His grievances about the unhelpful and poor service resonated with my own experience. This visit to CVS was a stark reminder of how crucial good customer service is to a successful retail business. While I understand that restocking is a necessary task, it should never supersede customer service. At the end of the day, customers walk into the store for service, not to watch the staff restock shelves.I hope the CVS management takes note of this and implements changes to improve the customer service at this location. Until I see a marked improvement, I may consider other options for my pharmacy needs.

Can't thank Tammy enough for filling Jem's Rx, after her meds were left behind. Grandma and Grandpa will be taking good care of her for the next 2 weeks. Thanks, Tammy!

I recently moved to the area and get all my prescriptions here. They are very friendly and helpful. When I have questions about a new medication or product they give me the info I need. I fulfill most of my orders using the CVS app and get notified when it’s ready to pick up or even schedule a free delivery. I know anyone working in a pharmacy is overwhelmed and I’m so glad they make the pharmacists take a lunch break because they would literally never stop working. No one is ever irritated to help me and just ready to help the next person.

Thank you for a great experience from start to finish. Intake nurse was so kind, provider was patient and gave me plenty of time to talk with her about health concerns. Very kind!!! Ethan in the pharmacy, awesome!!! Gave me a coupon for discount since no insurance. Thank you for a great experience when I wasn't feeling good!

No issues with the pharmacy if anything they are amazing and very nice i feel for the staff who’s dealing with short staffing issues but be aware that the cvs minute clinic right next to this pharmacy has nurses who refused to test me for covid. there’s not a doctor on site just nurses…They stated even though i had symptoms since i tested on tuesday and was negative i couldn’t be positive. I was diagnosed with a UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTION (which is what covid is) and told to use flonase and antibiotics and basically it was just a cold! I had had a migrane for 3 days, heat flashes, severe congestion, and a bad cough. They used a temp gun which is never used in the medical felid due to its severe inaccuracies! i was told i didn’t have a fever. i bought a covid test and digital thermometer before leaving and tested myself in the parking lot and was positive with a fever (their temp hun said i was 98.4…) there was no way to call the minute clinic to inform them i was positive just customer service to report… The nurse literally had me lower my mask open my mouth and say ah right in her mask less face while ensuring me i just had a cold… I have an autoimmune disorder and could have been seriously ill possibly even hospitalized if i trusted what the nurse said… i am now on paxlovid a breathing treatment machine and have to monitor my o2 states with a finger monitor at home and if they drop too low i have to go to the hospital this nurse could have seriously affected my life negatively and if i listened to her could have exposed hundreds of people to covid as i’m a retail worker

I have never experienced such a lack of customer service from a pharmacy. I had outpatient surgery on my mouth last evening, and was racing to get there before they closed at 8pm to pick up my antibiotics. I pulled up at the drive-thru window at 7:58pm - 2 minutes to spare. The window was already closed. So I pulled around and parked, and was literally running through the store when I saw them start to close their screen. It was 1/4 closed when the pharmacist saw me. She looked me dead in the eye and said, "NO we're closed" and continued to close the screen, not even waiting for me to respond. She had zero concern about why I was running back to their counter. Zero. Maybe I just had a question about whether I could take two medicines together. Or maybe I was going to ask her where I could find something in the store. But she didn't care to find out. If I was too late and their registers had already been turned off, then it would have been nice to receive that information instead of having a screen slammed in my face. I was under the impression that a pharmacy literally exists to help people. That pharmacist needs to find a new occupation, because she could not have cared less. I will never fill another prescription there and they have lost a frequent customer.

They have the worst waits for drive-thru pharmacy I have EVER experienced since moving here I am just in disbelief every time. I wish it wasn’t my preferred pharmacy i rarely write reviews but as I sit here waiting I probably could have made it to a CVS in Wisconsin. They really must move in slow motion or have out dated systems the wait for a prescription is outrageous! If you need to pick something up here plan to spend your entire day in their drive thru line. Mind blowing how horrible and slow the service is.

Sale on Easter candy.. only one person on register and on the floor. I had to use self check out. I am very familiar with them but it was slower than the cashier.
