“I moved here a year and half ago and i was recommended by a friend and my son to use Valley Lake Cleaners and I can say I wasn’t disappointed in the service I received. The owner adds that personal touch that makes you want to come back and that’s what all businesses should be doing. You are greeted with a smile and a Hi how can I help you. Drinks (soda water) and chips are offered and that’s what hospitality is all about. With every item I’ve bought there, I leave very happy and will always use their service.”

“I needed alterations to a long dress with only one week to go before a wedding. I called in a panic and the wonderful woman said to me no problem I can get it done in time. Instantly easing all of my fears. My dress for the wedding turned out beautiful because the length was perfection! All with only having two safety pins put in it during the measuring process! If you ever need alterations done this is the place to go. She clearly knows what she is doing! Kindness, efficiency, craftsmanship, respectful, punctual, exceptional service & attention to EVERY detail. Thank you again so much!”
“I don't dry clean often, but I needed to get a wool coat cleaned and I'd discovered a hole in another coat that I wanted to get repaired. I went to Stonebrook Cleaners since they are close to home. They did a nice job. My items were ready when promised and I thought the price was fair. I'll go back the next time I need a dry cleaner.”
“This is the best CD One Price Cleaners I have been to, by far! I have had mixed experiences at other locations, but this one is on point... Just grabbed a shirt from my closet and it is the second time they replaced a cracked button WITHOUT EVEN HAVING TO ASK!!! They also treat the collar of older white shirts so they look brand new (again, without asking). The shirts always smell good/not over chemicalized. Big props to the managers and team over at this Libertyville location. Thank you!!!”
“My review wasn't complete. So this is the finished review. We had a problem while using our fireplace. Had a flue malfunction and smoke filled the room. Zengeler was fabulous with our drapes, removed the odor and they actually came back looking better than when we purchased them at Pottery Barn. We received a coupon which discounted the price and they also delivered. The drapes were refreshed, no odor and beautifully pressed. We will absolutely continue to use Zengeler because of their attention to detail. Thank you for doing such a great job!”

The owner was absolutely wonderful and I haven’t experienced such great customer service ever!! “Great customer service all around the place is spotless, the machines work great, and more importantly, the staff is friendly and helpful. Julie is super attentive and kind as well as engaging. She remembers all of her customers. I only came in there once before but she remembered me and smiled and asked me if my mom was doing okay. Pretty awesome! I highly recommend”
