If I could give no stars I would. She ruined my wedding dress the week of my wedding. I took it two weeks before to get cleaned and a bustle added to the train. I was willing to pay the $100 because it was a special occasion. After a week I went to pick it up and she only cleaned it when the ticket said “button inside”. I explained this to her and she laughed at me telling me “uh-oh I no understand”. I showed her what I meant and a few pictures of what I wanted. Another week goes by, I go to pick up the dress again. When I walk in she looks at me and laughs and says “ah button girl”. To my surprise she put a giant pearl(about an inch in diameter) button on the outside of my dress. My dress has no embroidery or embellishments (which is why I wanted it hidden inside). She told me that everyone else does the outside and that I’m “the only one so no inside”. She said that she would fix it, but I told her no I’m leaving with my dress because I get married in two days. She tried to say she’d do it in one day. When I tried to grab my garment bag off of the counter she snatched it out of my hands (causing it to rip). She still tried to get me to leave it with her saying she understands and would “do it other way not like everyone”. Never ones did I ask her opinion or did she call me to ask if it was okay to do something other than agreed upon.
Now I am left with a ripped dress bag, a dress that has a giant pearl on it, and out $100 on something I didn’t want. Only TWO days before my wedding.
She has no respect for what the customer actually wants or agrees to. She will do whatever she sees fit.
Safe yourself a lot of time and money and go to a different cleaners.

If I could give 0 stars I would ,,I brought in a new pair of jeans to have the length cut ,showed her my other pair I had done years ago somewhere else so she would know exactly what I wanted as far as the stitching was not happy because it wasn't right ,the way she did it will probably come undone, & said it was fine ,REALLY NOT HAPPY NEVER WILL GO BACK

Brought a paint stained winter coat. They were able to get the stains out quickly and affordably. Would recommend.

What a joke! The woman first tried to charge me $80 for 3 patches and a cleaning of a jacket. I said no she asked how much I would pay and I said $30. She said $35 just to sew on 3 patches. I said fine, and had to pay upfront. I've never done that before. Then I pickup my jacket 1 week later. The patches are barely sewn on, I see the stiching and they're already falling off. I've worn my jacket once! This is horrible service and I will never return again.Service: Embroidery
