“I use this post office periodically. Every time I come here, I walk in, hoping to see Laura at the checkout counter. She is incredibly helpful, friendly, and fast. I literally bypass two post offices that are closer to my home to come to this location only because I know Laura will provide the absolute best help and service.”
“I think Mundelein post office is great. I live in Grayslake, but it is worth it for me to drive to Mundelein because I know the packages will be sent out timely and the staff is very nice. They have excellent hours on the Saturday when mail is still sent out at 4:30 pm.”

“I've been using this post office almost 30 years. They are fine. They can't control what UPS or Fed Ex does, as far as deliveries they get or shipments picked up from other carriers. People are so impatient and complain about everything. They still have the cheapest rates compared to others as well. It is a tiny post office. If you have issues, then be a grownup, and use another post office. We should be more grateful to have so many choices these days. Folks just love to whine.”
“I have lived here for 24 years, and the post office has always been helpful and friendly, without any exceptions. If they are super busy during the holiday season, they are still friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. I have yet to have an issue that could not be resolved.”
“Very responsive when I call! Have had issues with some packages arriving from overseas and whenever I submit a request they call me and inform me. also my mail deliverer is Sam and she is lovely! super nice and always takes care to put my packages out of the rain :)”
“It all depends on a combination of when you visit the post office and how many people happen to be there as far as how pleasant your visit will be. If you're getting a passport you need to make an appointment.”
