I was truly impressed by Gus and the entire service department. They recently serviced my CMC 83 HD track lift. They performed a very thorough inspection and completed necessary repairs quickly and competently, and at reasonable expense. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Highly recommend them for aerial lift service and repair.

I purchased a new Cmc lift from them and cannot say enough good about my experience. I have only dealt with Sam from the company, but the customer service, professionalism and support I have experienced in the last year has been some of the best I can speak of. Sam is always willing to answer questions and help in any sort of way that is possible.

I am amazed at the quality of service I have received so far. They are experienced, helpful, willing, and polite. Also, patient. I ask a lot of questions and they have not once made me feel like an inconvenience or frustration. Matt has been pivotal in our decision to buy an extremely expensive machine and has been very willing and helpful before, during, and after the purchase. Thanks guys! Another great experience at Alexander Equipment. Stopped in the drop off and schedule a repair to my older back pack blower and was greated with a friendly smile and quick service. Gentleman at the counter helped me right away and within 10 min my old blower was good as new... I refused to go to Russo's and the old Kipps.. these guys at Alexander are the tops.. will always go here first for repair and parts...

Took my chain saw in to get looked at and received it back in pieces with them saying they can't fix it. No offer to sell another or anything. Selling they're good but customer service is obviously is not their strong point. You would think with a business open for over 30 yrs you would be treated with a little more decency and respect for a returning customer. But in the end its their loss because I would've bought another through them if I was treated better and offered a chance to. Wish I could attach a photo. Yelp won't upload it.

I can’t say enough good things about Alexander Equipment. I purchased a new Carlton stump grinder from Sam Marshall. It was the best equipment buying experience I’ve ever had and the service I’ve received has been on another level. I had an equipment issue on a SATURDAY evening and my rep answered his cell phone after hours and helped me trouble shoot and get everything up and running so I could finish a job for a customer. I would never have gotten that level of service from ANY of the dealers I’ve bought equipment from in the past. Thank you Sam and the rest of the team at Alexander! I’m sure I’ll be working with your team on my next equipment purchase.

Bought a new rayco 165 last year and from day one the ignition hasn’t worked and has had a hydraulic overheating issue. Promise’s were made to make it right and pick it up to make repairs (I’m 5.5 hours away) finally I took it to them for what I was told would take a week they had my macho for over a month and guess what …..was not fixed all they did was an exhaust update needless to say I was upset when my driver dropped it off at my lot ( at my expense) was once again promised that they would get me a new machine to use while mine was repaired after weeks everyday they didn’t make good on that I asked to trade it towards a Carlton that I have better service availability. I was told I would have to take a $21,000 dollar hit when I asked why so much he replied “ we have to fix the ignition and overheating issues “
