Would NOT recommend anyone rent from here. We’ve tried to give this place second chance after second chance. We’ve had an issue every time.Most recently - arrived to collect my rental. No one was at desk for 15 minutes. When someone did arrive, I was told they did not have anything except a minivan… I specifically got a compact SUV for work and location purposes. (Also, why wouldn’t you call me to tell me about the low / no inventory??) I told them that wouldn’t work and that I would now have to rent elsewhere.Then they called another store and said they’d have a vehicle for me within 10 minutes. It took 30 minutes…So - save yourself your time and the headache… rent somewhere else.

I rented for 10 weeks in a row from the Naperville Hyatt. Joffrey was so pleasant, and customer service-focused, it was great to see! For example, the Avis changed the opening hours from 7am to 8am, however, I still needed to pick-up the car at 7am. Joffrey came in early to makes sure I was able to pick up my rental for 8 weeks. This is the type of customer service that Avis needs. Thank you Joffrey - I will definitely rent from there again.

To my surprise, it was a great experience. The guy who rented car to me was very polite and friendly. He provided me with an excellent vehicle - a new Nissan Rogue. Now, I will be a loyal customer of Avis because the well-known "yellow" car rental service has been disappointing me with their service. Thank you, Avis, for this.

These guys have one job (to rent cars) and they can’t even do it. I booked well in advance and day of they kept pushing back the hour for pickup and said they don’t even know if they’ll have a car for me. Do not use Avis-Budget. They are completely useless and will ruin your holidays or work trip or whatever. Lesson learned, and will def make sure we don’t book with them via corporate account for the 3 non profits I help run.

The most and very pleasant, accommodating, helpful rental process I’ve ever experienced. Reservation on phone 10+, customer service at desk on day of pickup 10+, the location manager 10+. Million thanks.

I made my reservation, for 6 days, a month in advance so as to have peace-of-mind for my trip. I received a confirmation 3 days prior to pick up saying I was "all set to go". But at the time of pick up I was informed there was no car for me!! I was left in a very bad situation and they declined any help in attaining another rental (there was another Avis a few miles away). Hard to believe how terrible this busines is!! Do not ignore these reviews like I did.

These guys are ssooo nice. I've begun looking forward to Dr appointments in the city and various suburb areas cause I get to see my dude here. Never any issues and they are so helpful in making sure you understand the insurance coverage and what not. My go to rental car place going forward since down the road did me dirty.

First time renting from this location and I hope to do business with them again. Reasonably priced and they provided me a free upgrade. Also, I left my eyeglass case in the car and they located and held them for me. Great customer service all around.

Overcharged after returning vehicle, low tire pressure in right rear tire after picking up vehicle, given intermediate SUV even though reservation was for standard SUV (seems like a downgrade to me but no change in rate?), no owners manual in glove box to look up info for interior lights being on and dashboard info ( had to google info).

First of all I've received a car which is not full of gas and they stated it is full. Second they charge 30 fee if you change f... drop off location which is non-sense and bad business. Never will rent the car from them. Avoid if you can. Also windshield fluid was at the end and brakes were pretty bad. So unprofessional and bad experience.
