Totally overcharging for shipping,, they used ups which week to deliver, while usps is half of the price with guaranteed 2 days delivery, then address was wrong, and Baltic wanted $20 for address change, while shipping is $13Scam and rip off. They aren't there for customer.

Pretty impressed. Ordered late morning and only selected the cheapest ground shipping option, still had my stuff the next day. Very reasonable prices and shipping as well.

I have used Baltic as my primary supplier of Ubiquiti, Mikrotik, and WISP related hardware for about 5 years. They offer excellent customer service, and retain an experienced staff with industry specific knowledge.

A gem, if you ask me.For instance, I was looking for specific SFP modules with a specific firmware, and they went above and beyond to confirm they had them.Been buying Ubiquiti and Mikrotik stuff from them on a regular basis. Speedy shipping, quality items, fair prices (often better than Amazon, even w/ 3 day shipping fees included).Very happy camper here.

4 years buying Network and Security equipment from Baltic Network USA and... No one single regret!!!Staff is absolutely professional and friendly, every single time I go pickup my orders they treat me like I'm part of the company... I won't be surprise if they have a 401k account setup on their payroll system for me, ?.You guys rock, keep it up ?

Look elsewhere... you've been warned. I buy stuff almost daily online. I've never had an issue like this before. Joanna, the sales rep, kept asking for private information after I had already placed my order and refused to fulfill it until I provided her the info. I ordered an activation code and she kept saying that she needed private information because "shipping carriers" require it. This was after she had already confirmed that the code would be emailed to me. It was an attempt to get me to buy more expensive equipment that I did not need. I'm glad we discovered this flaw with a $200 purchase instead of $20k purchase.

Have used them for 4 years. Prices are always competitive. Delivery is consistently on time. I can reach someone on the phone for questions, etc. Most of the time, even when something is back ordered, it's out faster than I expected. Thanks to the team at Baltic for providing great distribution at a fair price.
