About Bolt Laundry Service
Bolt Laundry Service provides a convenient 24/7 mobile dry cleaning and laundry service with free pick-up and delivery in the Dupage County area. Customers can easily schedule services online or through their app. The professional team cleans, folds, and hangs items according to individual preferences, returning them within 48 hours. Many customers appreciate the service's quality and reliability; however, some have experienced issues with scheduling pick-ups, noting delays or missed collections. While most feedback highlights the exceptional customer service, there have been complaints about communication, particularly regarding instructions not being followed and some representatives' rudeness. Despite these concerns, Anna received praise for her patience and friendly assistance. Overall, Bolt Laundry is a trusted choice for both residential and commercial dry cleaning and laundry needs.

Laundry items are returned exceptionally, however, the invoicing is ALWAYS problematic, causing delays in return of items.

We use Bolt Laundry for our venue and they've been great. Kevin is always on time and has a great attitude every visit. Laundry comes back the next day, every time, exactly as they advertise. Highly recommend their service.
