Rented a car from here, tank was only half filled, returned it on time with a full tank in another state and undamaged. the next day I noticed I received a charge for $800 from them when I had already prepaid ($115) for a single day. Called customer service and they said the case just needed to be closed and they would fix it right away. the following day I received 3 more phone calls asking me if I still had the car, what kind of car it was and if I knew the license plate number because the person who rented it to me wrote the wrong information and they were trying to find the car I actually had rented. they found it but was sent a receipt for $500 still. called back and let them know how frustrating and unprofessional this was and they updated the information and informed me they couldn’t refund me because I had prepaid…. horrible customer service and a huge inconvenience when I seriously did everything correct on my end.

My experience with budget was not good! When I arrived, the manager was telling a customer that the keys were locked in the safe and he couldn’t get in the safe. He did have a car for me but, it was dirty so he washed it. It was given to me all wet, with a dirty windshield and NO GAS. I filled the tank. I was supposed to get a credit for returning the car with 1/2 tank of gas but I just received my statement and there is NO CREDIT. While I had the car I had to put air in one of the tires. The car was hit while parked on the street, I called the manager and he was supposed to call me the next day but, did not. I want to get that credit and would be happy to get a refund on my rental. I look forward to hearing from someone who can help me.

COMPLETE FAILURE TO PROVIDE A RESERVED VEHICLE. We made a reservation weeks in advance and confirmed the day before. They called one hour ahead of pickup time to saying the vehicle was delayed one hour and that no other 6 passenger vehicle was available. We said "fine" and adjusted our departure. This continued each hour until their office closed. Near the end of the day they suggested renting one of their other vehicles (too small for my family) and driving to another location (not answering the phone) which "should" have a large enough vehicle. Not trusting them at that point, we drove an hour to the other location to find they hadn't had that size vehicle all day. Once the office closed, our reservation was cancelled and they wouldn't even consider us for the next day. Budget and certainly this location cannot be trusted to do the one thing you need them to do - provide a vehicle when you've reserved one. Our long made vacation plans were turned upside down result. We wish you a better experience which you'll more likely find elsewhere.

I rented a car here for two weeks with and I am very happy with the level of service the team provided, the car was also really clean and new. The staff were always pleasant, friendly and flexible and have a real problem solving attitude. I Highly recommend going out of your way to hire from this office in Lisle

We have rented four 12 passengers van at this location and staff (Jose and Angie) were very friendly and accommodating. Even though we reserve them under Priceline, we were not guaranteed to get all four at the same location, so we are very thankful to Jose for finding vans and get them at his location. Jose was very professional, accommodating and provided the assistance needed at the time needed. I would highly recommend him and this location for future need. I was also offered after hour location at O'Hare, which shows great customer service.

The guy who helped me was very friendly and accommodating. I ended up renting a vehicle for a long road trip and the vehicle I got didn't have cruise control (my fault, I picked the cheapest option.) I went back in and told him it wouldn't work for me and he said "no problem" and helped me get one that did work for me. This guy is 100% about customer service AND I was in and out in 10 minutes.

Guy there is friendly but did not walk through damages or verify gas level. Waited almost 10 minutes at desk before he showed up. I inspected car and there were cigarette burns on seat. Now I am waiting again so he documents this. Should have been a 15 minute process now almost 45. My advice is that they should take you to the car, inspect for damages, and check the gas level before doing the paperwork. Overall a little disappointing.

Jose Morales has always been very helpful. Today I dropped my Budget rental at his location instead of the original location in Ohio and he worked out a very good deal for me.

Be careful especially when booking through the phone the guy may tell you something and the paper he will put something else he told me 130$ for the car and I add 16$ for full coverage insurance but my bill was 240 disappointing

Jose at the front desk was awesome! Got me in and out within 5 minutes. Even upgraded me for a great price. Customer service was executed perfectly. This is my new rental spot thanks to Jose!!

The service is terrible here. First time here I walk in and no one is at the desk. About 10 minutes later a guy walks in and sits behind the desk and waits another 2-3 minutes before he assisted the guy who was in front of me. Then, when conducting business the guy spoke so low I had to ask him to repeat himself over and over to the point he developed an attitude, an attitude because he doesn't want to speak up.

I made a reservation for 3 PM today the car was dirty and the guy there told me this is how you get the car dirty we not clean here “you take dirty car you bring dirty carâ€was so rude to me . In the end I was stuck over here without car the guy left the office when the supervisor try to call him. I told him she tried to call you answer the phone please . He say I don't care and left the office and left me here without nothing. Very bad service I would not recommend to anyone this place .
