I own a high-risk high-liability business and insurance is extremely important to me. I just left my old agency because they didn't provide adequate service and my policy was in danger of lapsing.
I approached Sandra Falco to help me get things straightened out. While my old company took their time even getting back to my email, Sandra was extremely responsive. She was able to get my insurance where it needed to be and back in place in a matter of hours.
As with all businesses, I needed to get cyber insurance. My old insurance agency lacked the requisite knowledge to discuss the ins and outs. It seemed like they had a decent knowledge of buzz words and marketing talk, but Sandra has a fantastic working knowledge of cyber insurance and what it covers. Specifically, we talked in length about post breach and the importance of forensics.
Also, my last agent forgot to add dental to one of my staff. I was connected with G&C's benefits team and Joseph jumped in and sort it all out in the same day. This was on a Friday afternoon right before a long holiday.
A few months ago, I was rushing to complete a bid for a huge project and time was of the essence. I needed a bid on the fly and asked my old agent to pull a COI for me, they refused to do it and pointed me to my insurance company's help desk. I had to figure out how to do that and then wait for the COI. I just asked Sandra for one and all she did was ask me for the name to be placed on it and BOOM it was done. This is service!
I don't know if anyone at G&C reads this, but if you do you need to take care of Sandra she is friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful.

In 2023 I worked with Kevin Gardner to move my business insurance to Connor & Gallagher. Kevin and Katie Sepe helped me get the right products and costs at a significant saving, and have been fantastic to work with over the last year. In 2024 I moved our family personal insurance to Connor & Gallagher as well, primarily because of the professionalism and resources C&G provides. My wife and I recently had cause to move insurance for (2) homes, and (1) car. These had previously been insured with the same company agent for decades. Kevin Gardner and Kim De Arcangelis were great to work with in making this happen quickly as we had a short window of time to get the coverages bound by the new carrier.We now have both better coverage with another company, and we are saving a substantial amount on the premiums.Thanks to both of you!

I had to quickly act to find a new carrier for Home, Auto, and Umbrella policies. Kevin Gardner and Kim Dearcangelis were extremely responsive and reassuring. I had done a great deal of research with 6 other companies before settling on Connor & Gallagher. The coverage is excellent and pricing is more than fair.
