Did business for years - all of a sudden they "did not send me" a invoice for 199 for non usage fee. then charged us late fee - then repo-ed the tanks having never been late - or owing them money ever. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE - we lost $$$ of gas when they took our tank.

started service with pioneer after years of trouble with a competitor. Swap out of the tanks was a breeze and install took about an hour. Auto pay system is super easy and the tanks come with a monitor so we know we will never run out unexpectedly. Saving money on the price of gas as well. All in all the best choice we've made for our business in a long time. Thank you guys!!

I would like to commend your employee Kyle Vaubel for going above and beyond. I was at one of your districts and they told me nobody was there to refill my propane cylinder. However, Kyle came out from the back and helped me right away. I would have really been in a bind if I couldn’t have gotten it filled right then and there. Nice to see that you have employees that will go out of their way to help. Thanks again!

I got a email from Brandy Hughes “threatening “ me to pay a bill. This company took over my small town company which we were on a payment plan. They never once stated the plan would change or ANYTHING. They continued to take my monthly payments. I was waiting for some type of formal change in plans considering they were a greedy company. I always pay my bills and do not have a problem. Brandy’s tone and lack of professionalism was inconsiderate and frightening. Thank goodness I talked to Tricia and she we agreed on a new price, which is 3x what I was paying before. I will get them paid off and move to another company. I only minimally use propane for a gas stove and rare use of a propane fireplace for a family of 2. I will try to attach her hateful, threatening email. Addendum I got an email where Brandy retracted her email which I had already screenshot and you can see on BBB

I met with Kyle Vaubel to explore the ways in which DCC can provide better propane services than we are receiving from our current supplier. After just one on site meeting with Kyle at our steel service center located in Gary, IN, it was apparent that DCC is worth consideration. Kyle’s knowledge and expertise, paired with his personable demeanor and professionalism really made for an exceptional visit. Hoping our company decides to pursue DCC as our next propane supplier.
