Peter does a great job! The shop is clean. The polish is not old and sticky. I have been going here over a year and always come back when I sometimes go to other shops for convenience.

I love Empress Nails! I’ve been coming here for years, and Kevin always does an amazing job. My nails look great every time, and the prices are very fair. The salon is clean, the staff is friendly, and I’m almost always seen right at my appointment time. I highly recommend this place!

Instead of letting someone know the expected wait time they just seat you. Then you wait 1 hour after being asked to be seated to receive any type of service. After that they will run from client to client leaving you unattended for about 30mins. Took about 3 hours for 2 pedicures and 1 manicure. Nice people but they need to hire help. Would never come back here.

Kevin and Jay and the amazing team at Empress are top notch! They are so attentive and help you with getting the exact look you want, every time:) definitely my only place I go and strongly recommend! Truly great service.

Jay was extremely responsive, kind, creative, and made my experience absolutely wonderful. My nails, as you can see, turned out stunning. He worked with very little instruction and gave me exactly what I wanted.
I don't recall my service provider that worked on my feet, but she did a phenomenal job with some pretty horrible calluses. My friend Samantha brought me to this place, and I couldn't be more pleased with my experience. Everyone was so kind and considerate. The place was clean, and everything ran smoothly like a well-oiled machine.

Jennifer did my pedicure. She is so sweet I love her. Kevin did my manicure. He always makes me laugh and we both have the same sense of humor.

This was the best manicure I’ve ever had! I’ve been to countless nail salons, but most are overpriced and offer basic services. Here, the pricing is reasonable, service is great,and their work is exceptional. I’ll definitely be returning!

I recently moved to the area and needed a new nail salon. Empress is clean and spacious and staff is very friendly and have done a great job with my nails!! I get a full set of acrylics and they look great and last! Very happy with them :)

Went today with my best friend, the service was great! All staff was super friendly & welcoming. Love they knew so many people’s names & had so many regulars. We both love our nails! Will be back!

This is the ONLY nail salon I will go too! Everyone treats you so well here. All nail techs are knowledgeable and do a fantastic job. They are a very clean facility and use fresh/new tools/equipment on each customer. I can't say enough great things about this place!
Cleanliness: Very clean. Does not have that strong acetone smell most nail places do.
