I have worked with European cleaners for 20 years since I moved to Naperville. I have always been impressed with the employees and the excellent job they do at our house. Anna, the owner has always been flexible and very accommodating with our requests and dates as well as any issues. I would highly recommend them.

I have used this excellent cleaning service for several years and have never been disappointed. They always arrive on time and do a wonderful and detailed job. They go the extra step and are fairly priced for all that they do. They are an essential part of keeping my home sparkling!

I was really excited to try this company out. Unfortunately, no one showed up to my house today and I scheduled 2-3 weeks ago for recurring cleans. I called then someone called me back and stated the cleaner called out ill...that is fine and understandable. However, was someone going to notify me or even try to keep my business? Disappointing and unprofessional. I do not recommend.
Edit: Actually initally it was suggested to offer to come the following week until I said no that would not work, THEN Friday was suggested. Also, I was told, that they cannot control someone getting sick. Yes, that is correct, but you can control comminication prior. It took me to contact the company first after 45minutes of waiting. So if I didn't call, would I have heard anything? That is the point. And yes, now I am inconvenienced.

Highly recommend! It was easy and convenient to get a quote from this company and get them scheduled. We had them do a deep clean of our house, and it is like night and day. I truly cannot believe the job they did on our bathrooms in particular. I barely want to use anything in my house because it is so pristine! They were very thorough in their work, and an owner came out towards the end of the job to inspect and ensure the job met their standards and mine. I really appreciated that since he did catch a few areas that needed more attention. The team here was professional and polite. Also, the quote (number of hours, it's not a flat rate) was reasonable and they honored the quote even though the job took a little bit longer. We're definitely going to have them back for routine cleanings moving forward.

I had an incredible experience with European Maids! Their deep cleaning service for my apartment was truly outstanding. Despite the challenge of working around my belongings and not having an empty unit to clean, they navigated around all my stuff and made every corner spotless. From the stove and fridge looking brand new to the spotless dust-free surfaces, they went above and beyond. Even the baseboards received meticulous attention. The responsiveness and professionalism shown by the management further enhanced my experience. I highly recommend them for your place too!
