Hadn't been for years, and now remember why. While grateful to make an appt, they still got me in late. I offered to come back but was assured they'd be done within an hour for the oil change & tire rotation. An hour later, I asked to pay & the manager said it wasn't done. I informed him the kid at the desk assured me it would be so I could get to my next appt. They quickly finished, pulled the car up, lost the keys inside the car, and it took 2 guys to find them; charged 2x as much as my coupon quoted (which I showed when I checked in and had been approved). After paying, the kid told me he forgot to charge for the coffee I made (what?!). I suggested we call it even for the delay in the car readiness & he responded that I shouldn't make an appointment & not give them enough time to do the car then. Unorganized customer service, & the interactions between the front desk and the guys in the back were negative. Observing the front desk kid interact with another customer didn't leave me assured that he enjoys his job or cares about the customers.

They did their best to evaluate the problems with my car and didn't charge me am arm and leg.
Very friendly and helpful with resources to help my situation. They were recommended to me by my neighbors.

I was panicked today about a tire pressure alarm on my car. Ivan and his team took immediate care of me and showed me how to reset my tire settings without any charge. As a woman, it made me feel so safe. Unbelievable service and quick! I will go to them from now on,

First time visiting and dropped in on a Sunday afternoon for a routine oil change. Service was fast and friendly. Ben let me know about some additional services I should consider but didn’t pressure me like other places do. I took advantage of their coupon and a windshield wiper change. Everything was done well and I’ll be back for my next change when the time comes.

Called around 320 to see if they had a battery in stock for my car, gentleman put me on hold, came back saying he had 3 different batteries that would likely fit my car. I asked if I needed to make an appointment he said "give me an hour and come on by". I show up, got my car all registered as I was a new customer and sat down. Waited over an hour for him to tell me there was no way my car would be serviced that night and I should come back for the car in the morning. I understand they are busy it's been a very cold week but I specifically asked if I needed an appointment, then waited around for nothing. Ended up going somewhere else.Waiting area was at least warm and clean.

Very good once again. Ben has excellent customer service skills and the mechanics get the issues corrected without any issues. Will continue to have my car serviced at that location!

Came into this Firestone with an emergency need. Our van hit some plastic on I-355 , pulled almost off the van plastic cowl cover. The man at the desk was So Kind and helpful ! His mechanic pulled off the almost, dragging cowl cover, didn't charge us and got us back on the road to our party .He even gave my 3 little grandchildren a gift from under the Christmas tree in the waiting area. Stopped by about an hour before closing on a Sunday afternoon for an oil change and tire rotation. No issues getting me in, service was done quickly, and they used a coupon to save me some money. Will definitely return!

Chris and Ben were extremely friendly, professional, and fast in finding and fixing my tire leak!! I thought I had to change my tire but they found the real culprit and helped me patch up the tire all within an hour!! The other places had long waits! They were so efficient.
