In speaking with Mr Tilson Thomas I explained how I had been to other companies and they didn't tell me what was wrong. I explained to him and he said that he would have to see the car. And He let me know what was wrong and that He could fix it. I let him know that I live on a fixed income and He said that we could get my car straight to probably 2 or three visits ?. And I can work with that. He fixed the immediate problem and I will be going back soon. I have already told a couple of people about Him and his willingness to help. I won't ever go back to Midas again. Again Thank you Mr Thomas

The service advisor was extremely helpful. Service was amazing, thorough, and quick. Technician, Rico, had the answers to all my questions. He explained everything in a way I can understand, cause I definitely do not know anything about cars. This location was everything and more!
