He helped me figure out my vision for the day and perfect executed it. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous and the colors fit the scheme perfectly. All of the bouquets, corsages, boutonnieres, centerpieces, and arrangements were stunning. Everything was delivered day of as discussed and I didn’t have to worry about anything. “Hello, my name is Roger Perez. I am extremely I mean there’s no words that can tell you how happy I am as a customer. I had a little situation yesterday I went ahead and order a dozen roses for a friend of mine in downers Grove and I gave them the address to deliver the roses to a friend of mine. The roses never showed upand I end up waiting till next day to call and complain so the next day I called them and I tell them that the roses never showed up to the address factory I stated to them how can it be a factory so I told him the address again they looked it up and said are you sure this comes back to a factory? I turned around and seen that my friend sent me a Google location when I picked up a couple days ago and I went ahead and looked at it and I felt so shame. I gave them the wrong address. Mr. Charlie is the best now what I’ll do respect realistically it was my fault. OK I’m the one that messed up. Mr. Charlie stated don’t worry, Mr. Perez OK we ended up donating the roses that we were taking her yesterday , but that wasn’t the address you gave us we’re gonna go ahead and send her out a new set on us with my mouth open completely wide because I was expecting them to tell me you at least have to pay half of the bill and they said no I mean this doesn’t happen very often but I’ll tell you one thing they got them for 100% customer from today on again, Mr. Charlie, thank you man. You are the best, because if you would’ve told me I had to pay I got $10 in my account and I would’ve been trouble. God bless you guys. Thanks.”

Oh my gosh, working with Jocelyn was a dream. I was nervous about booking a florist because the first few I talked to were cold, expensive, and didn't understand what I wanted for my wedding. I clicked with Jocelyn and felt that she understood my vision and how to stay in my price range. In all my conversations with her I felt more reassured about the planning. She took my vague descriptions and created beautiful bouquets. Even more, she was so flexible for last min changes. Our wedding was outdoors and with the heat we realized the flowers we selected would wilt (really obvious in hindsight). She created new bouquets that were still in our price range. I really enjoyed chatting with her too, I couldn't decide between throwing flowers or petals on the tables. I felt that she gave me the information I needed and never up-sold me on anything. I loved all the flowers from the wedding and they helped create the most beautiful day for my partner and I. “I’m giving you a 5 star because I didn’t want to hurt your business. However I have a complaint. I ordered flowers for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife’s work. The flowers arrived at 330 n the afternoon and she gets off at 4. What is the point to have flowers delivered if your not delivering them until the end of the day?? And if you knew it would be late why didn’t you call ? As for the flowers, my wife said they were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever sent her. So ultimately that’s why I gave 5 stars. Please work on your delivery and communication. Thank you.”
