I hated everything I saw on the funeral home website Not to mention, they would not deliver on the day of the wake As it was on a Sunday Called This florist, and talked to Resa. Explained my situation, gave her a budget, and told her to do whatever she felt would be appropriate for the wake. When I arrived, I was so surprised, and my family was thrilled. Our flowers came in a beautiful basket and were Absolutely gorgeous. we received a lot of comments, and our Arrangement really stood out versus the ones that you can order from the funeral home. It was short notice, and I would recommend this florist for anything anytime! They really care about what they do.”

“This is the best flower shop I have found. No question about it.
My wife is pregnant and I wanted to pick up flowers every week for her so I was trying different places each week. I have now put in a standing weekly order for flowers from Fresh & Silk. There's no reason to go anywhere else.
If you're old enough to remember when businesses used to be focused on taking care of the customer, providing the best possible product at a fair price and owner's using their expertise to provide exceptional service to the community, then you know how hard it is to find those places these days. This is one of those places.
If you're young enough to have grown up in a world of apps and loyalty programs that only care about bugging you with ads and providing the cheapest product at the highest price they can get away with, then you need to try Fresh & Silk and experience what great customer experience can and should be.
You can tell everyone who works here takes pride in their work and appreciates everyone who walks through the door.

“The running joke of the day was the florals upstaged the bride at the wedding because they left everyone SPEECHLESS!!! The owner, Natalia and her team were prompt, courteous and professional throughout the whole experience! We had an extensive phone call to begin where I described my vision and was particular about every meticulous detail which did not intimidate her in the least! She knew exactly what I wanted and delivered on it flawlessly! The day of the wedding her team executed set up, a few tweaks to the final product and break down flawlessly. It took my breath away! My husband and I are so beyond satisfied with her work and look forward to using her again for any occasion that calls for flowers!”

“I've bought 3 bouquets and have had a good experience with the first two. The last bouquet I bought was held in place by tape and twine and the flowers died in two days. I would more than likely buy some again mostly for the delivery service otherwise I feel like there are more affordable options that look just as good and bloom longer.”

“I’m giving you a 5 star because I didn’t want to hurt your business. However I have a complaint. I ordered flowers for my anniversary to be delivered to my wife’s work. The flowers arrived at 330 n the afternoon and she gets off at 4. What is the point to have flowers delivered if your not delivering them until the end of the day?? And if you knew it would be late why didn’t you call ? As for the flowers, my wife said they were the prettiest flowers I’ve ever sent her. So ultimately that’s why I gave 5 stars. Please work on your delivery and communication. Thank you.”
