Did not come even remotely as advertised. I ordered the deluxe "embrace happiness bouquet" which said it came in a BeHappy mug (yellow coffee mug with a smiley face on it). The mug was the incentive for me to purchase these flowers as a parting gift. Instead the bouquet came in a nondescript square vase with a cheap smiley-face balloon attached (I did not order balloons). The accompanying card was also poorly printed - with parts of the message I requested ending up nearly unreadable due to the fold. For $69 (plus sales tax and a delivery fee) I expected a lot better and won't be using Flowers of Lisle again.

They did an excellent job of putting the bouquet of flowers together for our wedding shower. Went above and beyond to make sure the flowers stayed fresh the next day, highly recommended for your events.

Sometimes you just have to stop and smell the roses, literally. This shop is fantastic, as soon as you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful aroma of flowers. The staff is very kind and helpful and you can find exactly what you need for any occasion. Support this local shop and stop in today! Top notch place.

If it were an option, I would give Flowers of Lisle not just five stars but all the stars in the sky! I wanted to send flowers to my veterinary clinic for taking such amazing care of my beloved rescue kittens, but I don’t know much about flowers so I asked meekly if I please just could tell them my budget and have them send something pretty. But instead of just asking for a credit card number and saying, “ok,” the amazing woman with whom I was speaking took time on a busy afternoon to chat with me extensively, asking what stems and blooms and colours and scents my recipients would like best, and once I told her I run an animal rescue; she immediately said, “OMG! We can make a cat out of flowers! We can make a flower cat basket!” I was positively gobsmacked; I was SO excited! What could BE more purrrrrfect (sorry. Had to work in a cat pun *somewhere* in my review lol)?!!? I mean — who makes a flower cat??? Well. Flowers of Lisle, that’s who! My vet and her staff received it and immediately texted me a photo of the basket and I literally gasped! If it had been a little on the cheesy side, we’d all still have loved it, but it was indescribably adorable, elegant in its own playful way, bursting with colour and texture and I could tell HOW much work had gone into it, how much quality, how much attention to detail. Flowers of Lisle even tested me a photo *before* they delivered it — just to make sure I was pleased — and I was delighted to see that the card accompanying the unbelievably beautiful basket was actually *hand written* not computer generated. And I don’t know who penned it but the writing was gorgeous and the message I’d given them was flawless; there were no misspellings or mistakes. The entire experience was PERFECT (no more cat puns. I promise ?) and I will never even *consider* using anyone else.
It’s SO difficult to find an independently-owned local business to support in these times of saddening onslaughts of corporations forcing out the indescribably hardworking people whose customer service is BEYOND “above-and-beyond” so I was delighted to have discovered Flowers of Lisle. Please, my beautiful people: when using Google to search for goods and services, PLEASE take an extra second or two to scroll past the “sponsored” adverts and giant corporations with 800 numbers. You won’t be sorry! I sure as heck wasn’t.
If you want quality, beauty, and top notch individualised bouquets and arrangements for any occasion — even rescue pets! — at affordable prices with reliable delivery? I’m begging you: bypass the grocery store and scroll right past the 1-800 corporations. It’s worth it! You’ll feel SO good, and whomever is lucky to receive a floral gift from Flowers of Lisle will, too.

The team at Flowers of Lisle did an outstanding job for my daughter's baby shower centerpieces! After having their gorgeous centerpieces at her bridal shower, it was a no-brainer to call them again for her baby shower too! Debbie took my call and she understood exactly my vision for the centerpieces. Then, Mike took it from there and after sending him my inspiration photo, they delivered the most gorgeous arrangements to our venue. The whole experience was seamless. My daughter loved the flowers and the whole family were able to take them home and enjoy them for at least a week after the event! Well done Flowers of Lisle!!!! P.S. I tried to upload my photos but for some reason the site kept saying "Dismiss", and wouldn't allow my photos to be uploaded. But I can assure you, they were BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
