“Was visiting in town, they were able to accommodate a day pass for me. It is a very clean gym, has everything you need dumbbells up to 125, plenty of benches and equipment in addition to stretching and endurance training areas. Staff and the owner were very friendly, If I lived here I would roll here to lift!”
