My 2009 honda Element driver side window was sliding down in the door and Honda of lisle fixed it about four years ago. Now with 73,000 total miles, it broke again. As Honda of lisle could not get me in for service for seven days, I went to Merlin in Bolingbrook. They got it in and fixed in 4 hours.Update- Merlin of Bolingbtook is out of business.
