Amanda was extremely helpful throughout the exploration process - had to refresh my last review to acknowledge that. Unfortunately, she was on vacation for a portion of our hunt, and during that period, I had many calls/texts/emails go unanswered. Would estimate around 6-7 occasions of reaching out with no response. I’m sure I will get a response on this saying “this didn’t happen”, despite me having records of every text and call missed. I’ll attach a couple for reference. May have to do with the blend of AI/people used as agents.
Also, observe the rent over a week or so and see the trends. The “algorithm” they use is EXTREMELY finicky and will cause random price jumps that are inexplicable. Don’t panic and think it has something to do with supply - be patient and wait for the price to tank.

Been here 6 weeks
So far no issues
All maintenance issues resolved quickly and correctly
Marcos rocks!!
Now here for almost seven months
A few small issues have been resolved
One larger issue has been worked on for about two weeks
It has been a difficult issue to resolve and the attempts so far have ameliorated the problem quite a bit
A major repair may be necessary but Marco and the management are working hard to finish this task

My partner and I lived here for 4 years, and would have stayed even longer if our jobs didn't require a move! Over the course of the four years, the amenities were always extremely clean and pleasant to use and they made updates to the gym recently to improve it even more. Resident events throughout the year are always a great time, especially the summer pool event. We lived in a 1 bed 1 bath for the first 3 years, and then upgraded to a 1 bed, 2 bath and den for the last year. Both apartments were very clean, comfortable, and had an impressive amount of storage. It was a seamless move, as they kindly gave us a few days to transfer apartments.
The location absolutely can't be beat. Downtown Lisle is the perfect place to spend an evening eating, drinking, and hanging out with friends. The apartments are within walking distance of the community park that has walking/running trails, baseball and basketball fields, great views of the pond, and the concert area. The apartment is right across from the Lisle train station which makes it as easy as it gets to head downtown Chicago!
We would recommend living here 100 times over! The staff were so helpful anytime we had a question or needed help/maintenance.

Our AC went out on Sunday night. I reported this incident Monday morning. The Marq on Main team supposedly came out late Monday but the AC was not fixed when I returned to my home in the evening. No communication was received regarding this issue. Typically when the maintenance team has entered our Apartment in the past a note is left explaining the issue. On Wednesday, I came home to a maintenance workers keys left in my apartment door unlocked. When walking into my apartment I assumed they were working inside my apartment but no one was inside. After about 30 minutes the maintenance worker returned saying he was on the roof. I am not sure how long the apartment was left unlocked but it had been at least 30 minutes or more that my apartment was left unlocked by the maintenance team.
