Nick Aggelopoulos helped me get an oil change and helped me find break parts for my transmission at 50% of the price of most dealers by me in Wisconsin. I saved so much money with Nicks help, no other customer salesperson has ever valued my time and money before like this.

Beware this dealer does not honor its online price. I went to buy a new wrangler and wanted it at the advertised Castle CDJR Savings price on their website. In the terms next to the sale price it says nothing about the discounts being dependent on anything all it says is about financing. They did not want to give me the sale price they even went as far as asked me to pay over sticker price for the wrangler. The person I was dealing with for the financing ended up getting so mad he was red in the face, ripped the financing page he was showing me out of my hand, and balled it up and tossed it away. He then asked me why I came to their dealership. The only reason why I went there was because they had the wrangler with the most options I wanted. I will be doing what he requested and going to the plano jeep dealer from now on.The sales rep Justus, someone named C.J. treated me and my wife with great respect but the guy from financing was extremely unprofessional and rude.

Nick helped out immensely. He educated me on what he could visually see about the car and was very efficient when it came to timing of service and communication. Destiny was also fantastic at check out; extremely personable and nice to talk to.

Anthoney Pascente, Express Service Advisor, at Castle DodgeJeep/Ram in Naperville, IL did an excellent job analyzing and resolving error in software. The information screen in my 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee was indicating low tire pressure, when in fact all tires were properly inflated. He was polite and dillegent in getting to the bottom and resolving the issue. I highly recommend Castle Service based on the excellent service I received from Anthony.

Looking into a new car can often be a daunting task when you know little about them, but I felt nothing but comfortable during my experience. I HAVE USED CASTLE DODGE ON SEVERAL OCCASIONS AND ALWAYS HAD GREAT RESULTS BUT THIS TIME MIKE AND MARIO WENT WAY OVER AND ABOVE TO TAKE CARE OF ME AND MY 2019 RAM 1500,I WOULD NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE,I HIGHLY RECOMMEND USING THEM FOR SERVICE OR ON YOUR NEXT VEHICLE PURCHASE

Not enough good things to say about the Service Staff, specifically Nick A. as he has helped me time and time again with my Jeep. Nick is kind and courteous but most importantly he's patient when I hit him with a "can you tell that to my dad" . Much appreciated, Nick!
