“No gruff, condescending tones, work done promptly and efficiently! I highly recommend. I was very happy with the explanation of the issues and the fixes as I asked all the uninformed questions, they even answered things I didn't know to ask and gave me pointers on my hybrid car. Thanks Diehl team!”

“I’ve brought my truck here for service for my last few maintenance needs. I have had a great experience here every time. The first time I needed major work on my suspension. I also get oil changes here. Their prices are very reasonable and they make sure I am comfortable and take time to answer all of my questions. Also, my last visit Shannon helped me out and told me I should wait on the tire rotation since I am due for new tires soon. I really appreciate that. I will keep coming back”

“I trust these guys to do a good job on my car and be considerate too. They did that yesterday for an oil change, called me to say I needed a filter too and gave me a price for new tires which I had asked about last oil change. They did it all quickly so I didn't even need to borrow a friends car to go to an appointment. I was referred by a friend and heartily recommend Russ and Bob.”

“Great experience every time! Fair, honest hardworking folks. Today the technician had his son in and it was great to see a young kid learning a trade and talking to customers. I won’t go anywhere else. I feel confident trusting them with my car, they never try to push other services or products either. They offer online coupons as well as mail them. Quick, honest service and every technician is friendly also. I also love the music they have on while they work.”

“John was amazing. I had a pre-purchase inspection done on a vehicle I had interest in and he took all the time I needed to help answer my questions regarding the inspection to help me make an informed decision. He worked me right into their schedule with no hassle. Most importantly, I was able to avoid what would have been a poor purchase with his patient and helpful guidance. Highest recommendations and John is fantastic.”

“1987 Chevy Celebrity (ran until about 2006) 2000 Buick Le Sabre (ran until about 2018 and totaled due to a crash) This place kept both of my cars running for years after they should have been SCRAP METAL!!! My wife and I take our cars there to this day. Have been taking our cars (my dad, my mom, my sister) since the early 2000s and never disappointed. Highly recommend this place to anyone who wants their car fixed fast and efficiently.”

“Choose Timo Auto Haus due to great reviews and mention of reasonable pricing. Not sure why a brake flush costs $200 with disposal fees when normally brake flushes cost $120-150 as a fixed price. I was in for other brake work at the same time so there should have been some economy of scale. Not sure why other reviewers mention they like their pricing. I guess those people had gone to the stealerships for their maintenance/work. I must be out of touch coming from Toyota vehicles which are less complex and cost a lot less to work on. I did appreciate being updated on work and negotiated a pickup time.”

“Excellent service and experience. Mike and Jake in the service department are great. I highly recommend purchasing a car from this dealership and returning to their service department whenever needed. I haven't had any issues with the car, just a few upgrades and standard oil changes etc. But I've been exceptionally happy with Mazda, both the car and their staff. I will come back here for my next car. Truly outstanding customer service.”

“Passat needed emissions work. These guys took the job, was a pleasant and quick experience, and answered all questions and concerns. I've been to plenty of local mechanics with a few different vehicles, and these guys at Maple Grove are, hands down, the best in the area. Honest, friendly, reliable. Wish I heard of them sooner.”

“Came here for a diagnosis of a front end noise in my 2012 Range Rover. I had replaced almost the entire old, noisy front end over the past few months, but after some time of a nice, tight, quiet ride another front end noise surfaced that I could not identify. They inspected the car and told me exactly where the noise was coming from, but said everything looked ok. They thought it might be poor tolerances of an aftermarket part, or problem with the suspension calibration (which was indeed out of whack, but not the root cause). btw Ethan, the Lemforder control arm turned out to be OE. They suggested a number of things for me to try to resolve the issue. I followed their advice which helped me figure out and resolve the issue on my own in about 15 minutes on my lunch break. Turned out it was just a bolt that wasn't seated quite right even though it was able to be torqued down. No charge for the diagnosis. Though they didn't quite solve the issue, they were honest, helpful, and didn't just try to throw new (expensive) parts at the issue, and ultimately helped me save money. Very pleasant experience at this shop, and I will come back next time I have a job I don't want to do on my own!!”

“This place is definitely the place to go. I have been taking my vehicle to the Lombard location and the customer service is amazing. They are honest and I have noticed that not only through my interactions with them but with others as well. I had taken my vehicle in thinking I needed new brakes but when I got there and they inspected my brakes they showed me that my breaks where good and still had a while until they needed to be changed out. When I take in my vehicle with any concerns I take it with confidence knowing I will get honest answers. So thank you guys! 10 out of 10 will send people your way.”
