Simply put I had picked up some bathroom paint for a client.
Upon inspection I came to the conclusion that paint won’t match existing walls.

“Nice store. I needed gardening gloves and landscaping waste bags. They were very conveniently placed near the cashier. The gardening glove selection is limited, but I was able to find a pair that fit my hands, and contained a protective leather tip for the index finger. Great for digging around river rocks.
It’s a small store and the selection of product varieties is highly curated. But it’s my first stop to purchase items for my home’s hardware needs.”

Your employee Doug most recently went above and beyond to help with our color selection for our living room as well as our custom color for our kitchen. He is so kind and friendly. He asked if I need help right away which rarely happens in home improvement stores, especially being a female. He was very positive and eager to deliver an amazing customer experience. I was greeted when I walked into the store and thanked when I left. Doug truly did amazing job at me as well as the customers in the store, feel at home and at ease.
I also wanted to point out the assistant manager Melissa. She is ALWAYS so kind when I visit the store. She is laid back while still maintaining a positive, professional, demeanor. She is always very helpful as well.”

He was very sincerely friendly and helpful, explaining everything about the window treatments and how they operate. He did all the work professionally and in a timely fashion. He cleaned everything well upon completion.I will request him to install all my future window treatments and I highly recommend him!”
“had a great experience today at the Sherwin-Williams in Plainfield. The young lady at the front desk was calm, patient, and really took the time to understand what I needed. She made sure my paint was mixed quickly and let me know it would be ready when I returned later due to other priorities I had.
When I came back, everything was ready to go. She checked me in, checked me out, and handled everything professionally. I wished them a Happy Holidays and left very impressed.

“Alan is fantastic! Actually all the staff here are great! A few days ago, I went in to get a small gallon of paint that I had purchased a few years ago from this exact location. Well, it was a misprint paint and through the years the label/color of pain was very hard to read. Alan, went above and beyond to help me with this. And guess what? With all the work that Alan did to help me, he totally figured out the color I needed! He is such a nice young guy! He is so kind, nice, helpful!! I cannot thank him enough! “Cons: I ordered a paint mix over the phone. The woman working at the time wouldn't give the paint because my phone number wasn't in the system. I asked if anyone else ordered that same paint mix today and she said no. So not sure what the issue was, extremely unnecessary.
On the other hand. Major pro: Nick. I called and asked for advice on how to get a paint thats only sold for new construction homes and also only sold by a mass gallon amount. He immediately knew the color, he also immediately knew the mix necessary to create a replica. When I finally did pass security clearance from the lady and got the paint, it was a perfect match. That type of customer service and skill is amazing! Thanks to Nick and will be visiting again for purchasing new paint for my new home as I think his advice will be invaluable!”
