Extremely impressed. First time here and Randy will now be the only person who will be cutting my hair moving forward. He really listened and knew instantly what needs to be done to get my hair back to where it needs to be. Basically it's all going to come down to patience on my part. I really appreciated his honesty and not pushing me to come in every few weeks. Instead said wait as long as I can. I am so grateful that he was able to clean up the disaster I walked in with without taking much length (what's left of it) off. Very personable and friendly. So glad I called him morning.
