“I worked with Kim Zahand in 2020 when I bought our house via FaceTime. I was active duty and we were relocating from Virginia to be stationed at Great Lakes. COVID just started and we weren’t allowed to travel. Kim was phenomenal in navigating all the home tours via FaceTime and really truly having our best interest at heart. Giving us honest feedback since FaceTime cannot give you all the details that a personal tour could. We bought our house in Lindenhurst and when we arrived and saw it for the very first time, it did not disappoint and we knew that Kim was simply amazing! I shared her contact information with several military, both coming and going, and I know a few worked with her and loved her too!

Fast forward to 2024, I was retiring and we were going to need to get our house ready to sell in the future. Kim graciously came to the house and toured it and gave us great recommendations to get it ready to maximize our selling point.

Fast forward to February 2026…. It was time to put it on the market. Kim again came back and toured the house and provided several suggestions. We ended up not even needing any of it, because she arranged a private market listing, and we were under contract within 2 days of the VIP tour! Her team is amazing and walked us through every step of the way. If we hadn’t been under contract, we were already in touch with her team of contractors to execute what needed to be done, and we had to cancel because the contract happened so fast! During the contract and throughout the closing procedures, the entire team was simply amazing and super helpful.
