We love the sign outlet store! Not only are there prices very reasonable, but their items ship one to two days after ordering! If they don’t have something in stock, they will call or email immediately with options for alternative material to ensure no delay in getting the product to their client. I have been using them for over five years and never had an issue with the material purchased or items shipped. I order AT LEAST once a month. When customer support has contacted me for out of stock items they are always educated in their products, professional, and extremely courteous! I would 100% recommend the sign outlet store!

I specifically asked before ordering if a certain vinyl could be printed on with a solvent printer - and got a definite “YES” answer.
Only to find out after it arrived that it could NOT be printed on - ink would not adhere to vinyl.
After complaining about the product, I also asked if they had a similar product that could be printed on - I’ve heard nothing.
Smells like they made a sale and don’t care beyond that.

Ordered from them online and they were able to cut the rolls in half for me so that it fits my printer, which was much appreciated. I wish I was local so I could save on shipping, but even with shipping added their prices are fair.
