I bought a Dodge Grand Caravan in February of 2018 from here. Of course there’s been maintenance done many times on it but that is normal for used cars. Well the van is still going over 7 years and 100,000+ miles later! I will be shopping here again!

Don’t go here to we got a car from here in June 2022 n we kept telling them bout the problem with steering and now 2 and half years later after getting a Ford escape hybrid from here now we face with this the truck need a new subframe with lower control arms control arm bolts sway bar n more long story short they knew bout all of this they gave us a loaner car for almost 6-months to a year n they cover this up please here me go somewhere where they care bout you and your hard earned money they never wanted to give us another car im very disappointed n I don’t trust nobody anymore

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO WRITE!!! BUYERS BEWARE !! My wife bought a 2015 BMW X1 from this scam dealership last year (2024) and the first. 2weeks of driving the BMW the SUV front wheels feels like it was. dragging while it was in motion. We called Steve the person won sold us the car had the car inspected and said it was ok maybe we put bad gas it and mention to my wife not to bring the car back to the dealership take it to a auto shop there nothing he can do and the manager said the same words to her! We had a bmw tech inspect the BMW and it need a front transfer case $5000dollars and a new water pump 1,800 dollars!!!!! Avoid Used Car Superstore in lisle Illinois they are scams!!!

From my first call, I got complete information about the VinFast cars I was interested in.
The Sales representative Sam Shahin gave me time and didn’t rush my test drive. Again knowing the answers to all my questions. I wasn’t ready to buy it that day. They stayed in touch but didn’t bother me. When I decided to buy , again no pressure. Smooth transaction no extras. Exactly the deal as promised.

I got a ford edge after 2 days it literally had a check engine… I bought it when it was dark didnt see they actually spray painted all the rust the truck has…it has a weird sound and needs a bunch of work. Wait there is more the damn heater doesn't work and my poor kids are freezing now!! Ofcourse Sam insisted on getting the guarantee but truth is I cant afford paying that much more. There is a reason why he insisted. What kind of heart do you have watching me with two little kids and selling me something thats literal crap!!! Sam shame on you and shame on your family for raising a liar and a schemer!!! I know dealers are usually screwing people over but how do u do this to me after telling you we are broke and need a car to take my kids to school? Sam also asked me to give him a review while I was sitting in his office well of of-course he was nice at the time!! Don't give any reviews after you are done with the process! However I recommend staying away from this place and SAM!!

Well to start with my vehicle engine light went on and I went back and forth five times to get it repaired I had an issue with the salesman try to talk to him he turned his back to me and walked away and said deal with it you want it it's your issue 2 months no vehicle 4 months left on warranty and was treated horribly for having an issue where's the car.
