Ana was terrific she did everything for me in a timely and efficient manner. She was very friendly and greeted me as if she knew me. Being from Virginia this is very nice to see in this area since most of the service personnel in this area from what I have encountered are very unfriendly and make you feel like you have done something wrong. I would recommend her and this UPS store to everybody. Go see Ana!

Ana at the Lisle UPS store is exceptional- friendly, helpful and provides the best shipping method each time I come in. I ship out of here for business and have been in frequently on a regular basis for years. There are times I have several packages or oversized items and they’re efficient and get everything where it needs to be for a reasonable cost. I don’t go anywhere else.
