Just waited 25 minutes and had to leave, couldn’t wait any longer. The whole time not a single employee acknowledged any customers or the long wait. Only two tellers working the counters while the line building up. The two sitting at the desk and in the fancy office were just chitchatting. Worst customer service. Maybe better luck at a different branch.

Do not bank here! US Bank used to have two branches in Lisle and now has only one. Maybe they lost too many customers because of their greed and terrible customer service. Will never bank here again!

I had business dealings with the wealth management department and they are some selfish and money hungry people in this office especially the higher officers. They don't disburse payments on time, are never available when you need to talk with them and will not alligate funds for repairs to our home even though the funds are there for the repairs. They treat the client like the client owes the bank something and the bank acts like the client's money is the banks and has to be approved like a loan in order for the client to uses it's own money. Now that US bank has been ordered to turn the money over to another bank, they are not abiding by the court order, wow, US bank in Lisle, Illinois must think they really are Gods, because a lesser person would be held in contempt if they disregarded a court order. No I would NOT recommend this bank, ever.

Us bank is the worst bank ever. Not only do they rearrange your transactions to make you overdraft but I put $300 into the atm to pay bills and buy groceries the atm took my money and it’s been 4 days I’ve gone without my money. I called every day and it’s always a new excuse. We now don’t have any food and we are behind on bills. Do not bank here.

I have been a US Bank customer for many, many years. In three different states. For the most part, each branch I have dealt with has been a good experience until this one. The branch manager needs lessons in customer service skills. I found him to be incredibly condescending and almost decided to take my banking business elsewhere with another bank. Instead, I will no longer do business at this branch since there are several other US Bank branches in the area.

DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT HERE! THE BANK WILL MAKE YOU CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT FOR SAYING A BAD WORD. FORGET GOING BACK TO THE CALL THAT STATES ITS RECORDED BUT WHEN TOLD TO GO BACK TO THE CALL RECORDING , WE WERE TOLD NOT ALL CALLS ARE RECORDED. YEAH NONE OF THE CALLS THAT SHOW THE TELLER WAS IN THE WRONG. BECAUSE OF ONE PERSON NOW MY FAMILY HAS NO BANK ACCOUNT BUT HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING HIS DIRECT DEOPIST AND THEIR MONTHLY FEE.

They refused to accept a wire transfer from my investment company T ROWE PRICE. Then forced me to have a check issued. That cost me $30.00!! Then I get the check almost 5 days later in the mail. I go to deposit it & there isn’t a branch drive thru open near me. They’ve closed all the drive thru banks within a 22 mile radius. So I’m forced to drive to the closet branch to deposit the check. The teller specifically tells me that it will have a 5 day hold on it. 3 days later they partially release some of the funds to my account. It is now day 6 and my money is still frozen. In the meantime they are earning interest on MY MONEY. I call & call and they keep telling me they’re having computer issues to try back later. Finally they’re up and running. I’m told by the banker at the 800 number that the money won’t clear my account for 3 more days and not until the morning of the 4th day can I access it. In the meantime I’m paying 22% interest on the credit card I was going to pay off and they’re EARNING MONEY OFF OF MY MONEY! U S Bank has been a NIGHTMARE since the day they took over my original bank. I cannot WAIT to close my 4 accounts with them! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! THIEVES & LIARS!!!! NEVER BANK WITH THIS BANK

I was looking for a chase atm. When I went there they still charged me the $ 3.00. I will be going to my bank on monday to have the charges reversed. I would make sure that when going to get cash make sure to go to your bank.
