Absolutely the best Verizon store in the area. I met Devin to help get a new phone up and running. In about 10 minutes it was all done. I purchased the phone at different store, they had no interest in getting it up and running. Customer service outsourced in the Philippines made the issue worse. But Devin saved the day. The Lisle store will be my store.

This was by far the worst customer service experience I have encountered. This Verizon location reflects poorly on the company. The manager was rude and unhelpful. I visited for technical support, but without even examining my phone, he immediately insisted that my only option was to purchase a new device. There was no inspection or troubleshooting—just an attempt to make a sale. I later visited a different Verizon location, where the issue was resolved without the need for a new phone.

Store manager (Robert Fye) at the Verizon store in Lisle spent a lot of time helping us pick the best devices and plans that best suits our family needs. We appreciated how he didn’t rush us and he carefully explained everything in details. Even after the purchases were complete he still greeted us every time we came back with question. He is pleasant to work with and best customer service we have experienced in a long time.

Robert Fye at the Lisle Verizon store has gone over and beyond with helping our family set up service on our 10 devises. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He took his time to go over all the details with the services, instructions on how to use all the devises, setting up accounts, and was friendly. He is always available when we came in to the store and easy to get ahold of via cell phone. The customer service at this store is the best!

I’m currently outside the location and even though it says they’re open, there are no employees and no one is picking up the phone
I ended up waiting 30min, and nobody showed up. Yall should close this location considering how many similar complaints you guys have.

I went in earlier last week to get some help on seeing if my monthly bill could be reduced in anyway and a extremely nice and competent young man named Devin was able to help me out tremendously with my particular situation.
He made me feel like he really cared and did everything he could. I would certainly go back just because of care he exhibited.

After discovering that our favorite nearby Verizon store no longer existed, we were happy to find your store in Lisle. Ryan was extremely helpful and answered our questions easily. We most certainly will go there to invest in any future cell phone products or related items. Dealing with a person in person is the only way to purchase things like cellphones in our opinion. My husband and I both hope that Ryan is there the next time we go there.
