The first few times I went everything seemed ok. Same worker/owner. The last time I went the employee was having an emotional breakdown as I walked in. This time I went the owner would not take an endorsed check with my name only and the receipt and envelope and my driver's license. It's not a state law nor is it a city ordinance that says not to cash a check that wasn't signed in front of the check cashing facility. I rated 1 star due to customer service.
